Continuing from the cliffhanger in the previous season, Garterbelt, Brief, and Chuck team up with Scanty and Kneesocks to resurrect Panty and stop an out-of-control Stocking.
Garterbelt has Panty, Stocking, Scanty and Knee Socks search all over Daten City for a ghost made of water and oil. Later, in order to pay off three trillion Daten City dollars worth of bills Panty competes in a card game in order to get a rare card that is worth the exact amount needed to pay the bills.
Stocking and Scanty team up to kill a ninja, the demons and angels get addicted to photos, and an unusual competition takes place.
Stocking runs for Mayor of Daten City, Panty adopts a ghost kitty and a battle occurs with a time-travelling alien ghost.
A storm keeps Scanty from the toilet, Garterbelt gets possessed by a ghost and Panty is targeted by a serial killer.
Panty and Stocking get replaced by their cousins, the angel brothers, Polyester and Polyurethane.
Garterbelt, Briefs and Chuck go on a road trip away from the girls, only to run into trouble. Meanwhile, the Angel and Demon sisters get trapped in a football game in a women's prison.
A cop investigates the source of evil in Daten City. Meanwhile, Panty gets a voice ring to curb her obscene language, but she turns to a singing career instead.
Stocking fights a million ghosts for a special candy, Polyester and Polyurethane break into Panty and Stocking's home, and Kneesocks celebrates her birthday with a fight at a prom.
Two parodies of films: Panty becomes an alien creature that absorbs people in one, and in the other she becomes a barbarian warrior on a revenge quest.
