Instead of dying with the rest of his friends, Yuuichirou's best friend Mikaela was transformed into a vampire by Krul Tepes, the queen of the vampires and now works as her aid. Meanwhile, Yuuichirou finally begins his training to become a member of the Moon Demon Company.
Yuuichirou succeeded in getting a “Black Demon Series” of the top-level, and headed to his first mission with Shinoa, Yoichi and Kimizuki. In the squad led by Shinoa, a new team member has been assigned. Her name is Mitsuba Sangu. She has been in the Extermination Unit since she was around 13-year-old, and is repulsive to be assigned to a unit full of rookie. She repeatedly gets in conflict, especially with Yuuichirou.
The vampire ambush operation in Harajuku - the first mission of Shinoa's squad - will finally be carried out! Yuuichirou and the rest of the squad saw many humans dressed like livestock, having lost hope to live. Remembering what he had to go through his childhood, Yuuichirou fed his anger with thoughts of revenge. Will his four years of training pay off to beat the vampires!? Now is the time to test the outcome of Yuuichirou's training.
Yuuichirou and his companions arrive at Shinjuku to help repel the vampire offensive, while Guren's party spots Mikaela and Ferid, and decides to face them.
Learning that Mitsuba, Kimizuki, and Yoichi are in a pinch, Yu and Shinoa rush to their rescue. Meanwhile, Guren and his troops fight off the vampire's main forces, but Ferid's strength seems to be out of their league, cornering Guren in a tough spot.
