คำอธิษฐานในวันที่จากลา FRIEREN (葬送のフリーレン (Sōsō no Furīren)) เป็นซีรีส์มังงะญี่ปุ่น แต่งเรื่องโดยคาเนฮิโตะ ยามาดะ และวาดภาพโดยสึกาซะ อาเบะ ตีพิมพ์ในนิตยสารโชเน็งซันเดย์รายสัปดาห์ของสำนักพิมพ์โชงากูกังตั้งแต่เดือนเมษายน พ.ศ. 2563 รวบรวมตีพิมพ์เป็นหนังสือมังงะรวมเล่ม (ทังโกบง) ถึงเล่มที่ 11 มังงะมีลิขสิทธิ์ในประเทศไทยโดยสำนักพิมพ์สยามอินเตอร์คอมิกส์ ซีรีส์อนิเมะดัดแปลงผลิตโดยสตูโอแมดเฮาส์ ออกอากาศตั้งแต่เดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2566 ถึงมีนาคม พ.ศ. 2567 ฤดูกาลที่สองเริ่มออกอากาศในเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2569 ในเดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2565 มังงะมียอดจำหน่ายมากกว่า 7.2 ล้านเล่ม ในปี พ.ศ. 2564 คำอธิษฐานในวันที่จากลา FRIEREN ชนะรางวัลมังงะ ไทโช ครั้งที่ 14 และชนะรางวัลวัฒนธรรมเทซูกะ โอซามุ ครั้งที่ 25 ในสาขารางวัลผู้สร้างสรรค์หน้าใหม่
