Chef Komatsu requested Gourmet Hunter, Toriko, to capture a Galala Gator for a party. While searching for the beast, they noticed the island's inhabitants were all acting out of place, as if chasen out. The Gator they were after wasn't what they'd imagined, but something twice as dangerous.

Toriko is commissioned by the International Gourmet Organization (IGO) to obtain the Rainbow Fruit, which is guarded by powerful Troll Kongs (four-armed large gorillas) in an enclosed sanctuary area called a Biotope. News reporter Tina follows Toriko and Komatsu through the biotope wall to try and get footage of Toriko in action. Toriko encounters a Troll Kong scout and immobilizes it with a stun gun, although he gets licked by its tongue. Toriko soon encounters more Troll Kongs but it becomes a chore to try to take all of them out. When the rain washes off the underling's scent, Toriko uses his intimidation ability and scares the Kong leader to surrender. Toriko takes a single fruit, however Tina is caught by IGO authorities and her footage is confiscated. Moved by the ever-changing flavors of the Rainbow Fruit, served in a jelly by Komatsu, Toriko declares the Rainbow Fruit as the dessert for his Full Course Menu. Meanwhile, various shady figures become interested in Toriko's movements.

Toriko's team and the Strawhat Crew of One Piece meet again, only this time they also meet Goku and the Dragonball Z Fighters!

Toriko receives an important assignment from the IGO; he is to accompany Biotope head chief Ayame and find the special hidden menu detailing the full-course meal of the legendary Bishokushin Acacia. The quest to uncover the secret of the special menu takes Toriko, Ayame, Komatsu, Zebra, Sunny and Coco through the dangerous Hungry Triangle to eventually land on the island known as “Acacia's Kitchen”. On the island they discover a bounty beyond anything they couldn't have imagined; rare species of animals, Regal Mammoths, terrifying monsters, strange ruins and a giant refrigerator. Toriko and Ayame explore the ruins where they are confronted by Girim, the former Bishokukai Special Cooking Adviser. Even crazier, the 3 sous chefs and a new GT Robo step in, turning the situation into an all out battle!

After eating the Hungry-la Bird that they captured, Luffy and Toriko team up again to save Nami and Komatsu who have been kidnapped by the Cocoalas.

Toriko, the legendary Gourmet Hunter, is hired by timid chef Komatsu to help track down a delicious Gararagator for a very important dinner. Will the intrepid adventures taste sweet success - or become their dinner's dinner?

The International Gourmet Organization hires Toriko to harvest the legendary Rainbow Fruit, but the famed hunter will have to prove he's tougher than an entire nest of Troll Kongs before he can finish the job!

Toriko and Komatsu set out to capture a Puffer Whale, but this daring quest to satisfy their exotic appetites may be the death of them both! Lucky for them, King Coco is along for the ride!
