Leader of the Sea's Talons. Cold and sadistic, this pirate doesn't hesitate to torture her prisoners if it means keeping them under her control. Mihaya reveals that his father and brother have relations to the Sea's Talons and with that information leads Zen and his group to the Talon's hiding place.

Tottori, as his name states, is a ninja, but not a very good one. His special "attack" is kicking his sandal into the air and whatever side it lands on activates a cloud that will attack the enemy with whatever weather he predicts. Some episodes suggest he may have feelings for Miyagi, but this is probably just a running gag.

A mysterious ninja soul who possesses Kenji Fujikido. As Naraku's craving for massacring ninja overlaps with Fujikido's lust for revenge, together they bring Ninja Slayer—a terrifying ninja killing Grim Reaper—into existence. The more their mental resonance and physical symbiosis deepens, the more powerful Ninja Slayer's karate becomes. If Fujikido completely surrenders himself to Naraku, the strength of his karate will become nearly invincible. (Source: Tokyo Otakumode)

Ninja Bomber faces White Bomber in the first round of the B-1 Grand Prix. His special bomb is the Shuriken Bomb which acts as a smoke bomb. By throwing many of them at his opponent, he creates a confusing smoke screen. Once the smoke screen is set up, he conceals himself and throws regular bombs. He can also move quickly enough to produce after-image clones of himself, encircling his opponent. Ninja Bomber is defeated when White Bomber throws a bomb back in his direction after he attacks. He later appears to help other Bombermen challenge the Proto-Max Units.

The President born in 1964 and no one in the show knows how this man got elected. The President of Everything is a stout bald man who apparently runs the country Milk lives in (referred to only as "our nation", a subtle reference to the Japanese habit of referring to their country as such instead of using the proper names "Nihon" or "Nippon"). He assigns missions to Milk, but whether she takes them or not is her prerogative. The President proves to be inept and incapable at fulfilling his job, at one point firing his country's best missile on his own country at his own conclusion that his citizens would try to put him in the gullotine or the electric chair. He has short, round arms and he pounds on his desk when talking on the phone. The President likes wine, women, and song but he usually enjoys cheap wine, loose women, and off-key karaoke. He also attracts flies.

The king of the Seed Kingdom is completely against the monkey's invasion. In some episodes, citizens call him King King.
