Warren Rocko is a member of the Fairy Tail Guild who uses telepathy, a magic that allows one to converse mind-to-mind. In battle, it's possible for him to read his opponent's mind. Although he may not look it, he is classified as one of the more powerful wizards in the guild, and he has gone on a huge number of jobs alone. His fear of heights causes him many problems. At one point he took a girl on a date, but as they were crossing a bridge, his mental shouts of "Help, save me!!! I'm scared!!!" were heard by everyone in the town. His design is similar to the character Branch from Rave Master.

He runs for school president against Yui, and becomes the leader of a group of students who threaten Miaka and Taka. Ren has the ability to control people's minds, detesting and taking advantage of weak people who allow him to manipulate them. He dislikes and is jealous of the miracle that allowed Miaka and Taka to be together. As of the end of the manga, Sasahara is still dating Ogiue, and accepts the fact that she is using him as a direct model for doujinshi.
