Headstrong teenage dinosauroid, sole survivor of the Ushikuma Village massacre and self-declared mate to Yuuji. His age and inexperience make him quick to anger and even quicker to jealousy but he's also extremely honest, straightforward and cheerful. While his immaturity can land him (and those around him) in hot-water, his devotion to Yuuji is rather remarkable for someone his age. A friend of Taichi's, they were in the same class in high school. Yuka believes he's a suspicious person with a difficult personality and whom she has trouble dealing with.
Taichi's mother, she is a very capable woman.
A first year high school student, Yuka is the step-sister of Taichi. She often has an aloof and cold personality towards him, especially at school. Initially, when her step-mother was introduced to her, Yuka thought she'd finally be rid of the burden of babysitting her childish father. However, her happiness was cut short when she was introduced to Taichi, who has the same personality as her father. They currently live alone together while their parents are away on their honeymoon.
She is Yuka's childhood friend and the only one at school who knows that she and Taichi aren't blood-related. She has a mischievious personality and enjoys seeing the antics Taichi puts on around Yuka.
