The Doc is, as his nickname implies, a doctor, though of the rather questionable sort. He is the mastermind behind Millennium's artificial vampires, and has not aged since the second world war. He is also in the possession of a peculiar remote controller, controlling many different aspects of the Millennium war machine.
Age: Over 70 years old Gender: Female Species: Artificial Vampire Affiliations: Nazi Germany Millennium Organisation Aliases: SS Lieutenant, The Huntress Abilities: Sharpshooting (with musket) Magic silver musket bullets Enhanced resilience First Lieutenant Rip Van Winkle is a member of the Millennium forces. One of Millennium's top soldiers and a member of the Werewolf special forces, Rip van Winkle commands her troops to steal a Aircraft Carrier called the Eagle from the British.
The Captain is a member of the Millennium forces and the Waffen-SS. The Captain is Major Montana Max's silent, stoic adjutant and bodyguard. Unlike the Major and Lieutenant Rip van Winkle, he still wears a full uniform, which is similar to a M42 Greatcoat with its neckguard constantly turned up, and an M43 officer's cap emblazoned with the Totenkopf symbol. The Captain is a natural werewolf, able to transform at will and fight in either human or werewolf form. Hans once fought Walter and Alucard in WWII, and meets the Hellsing forces later in London. His seemingly noble behaviour does not fit very well in with the rest of Millennium, and his enigmatic behaviour makes one wonder what he is fighting for. The Captain possesses immense superhuman ability, even while in human form. This includes superhuman senses, strength (strong enough to bend steel bars or shatter limbs with a single kick), speed, reflexes, agility, dexterity, coordination, balance, and endurance. His iron-like flesh can withstand Walter's wires (which can easily slice solid steel), even as they are tightened around his bare neck. He seems to be able to fall great distances without sustaining any damage. The Captain has some regenerative ability, as he quickly regenerated his mutilated hand in The Dawn. In addition to his natural abilities, the Captain possesses two modified Mauser C96s with incredibly long barrels, and a combat knife that he has not used yet. Note: His name is not Hans Günsche, this was a fanmade name for him because of a scene where various names appeared in the background and Hans was one of them.
A first Lieutenant of SS in WWII, Montana was ordered by Hitler to lead the project of creating an army of Nazi vampires. Upon the defeat brought by Alucard and Walter in Poland, Montana and his officers escaped to South America. The original purpose of the Vampire project was to ensure Germany victory in WWII, but Montana now has his own agenda, preaching of endless war and destruction, and seems to pay no heed to who will be victorious. Montana claims to be human, although he has somehow managed to retain his youth since WWII, possibly by alterations done by Doc. It appears from Hellsing Ultimate OVA 10 that Montana's Body for the series was that of a robot and he may have in fact been long dead.
Fon is a an arcobaleno that holds the Red/Storm pacifier. He is a martial arts master, as well as I-pin's master. He is so strong that he's been champion of the top martial artists tournament in China for 3 years in a row. Early in the series, his first appearance was in infant-form acting as a merchant in episode 11. There was not much character development until episode 143, where he showed up for the beginning of the Arcobaleno's Trials. His sidekick/companion is a pet monkey. Fon has an appearance much similar to Hibari Kyouya.
