Student Body President and classmate of Haruaki. She has two cursed tools. The first, called Ginstrnag's Love, is an article of clothing that prevents the user from dying when worn. In exchange, the user's heart dies and they must wear it forever. The second tool, The River of Black Strings, has the ability to induce the opponent's murderous intents and serial murders and use it against them. She used to be part of an organization called Nightcrawlers. The River of Black Strings curses the user to want to hurt or kill somebody. Co-worker at Beauty Hours at the start of the story, he works as a designer having been successful in the world of ads. Seemingly laid back, pure, and somewhat woman like, but he is actually rather energetic and competitive.
Director of Beauty Hours in Cheongdam at the start of the story, he offers Hyunkang a job at his salon after Hyunkang successfully gives him a 'nag' cut during a volunteer session. He had in fact been stalking Hyunkang for some time since noticing the grannies at the nursing home weren't interesting in him styling their hair any more. A cheesy older gentleman who is ‘only interested in the ladies’, he is observant, at times can be quite calculating and professes to be an old man with a foul personality. Formerly the Director of the upscale and luxurious Mercury Hair Salon, he was ousted from his position.
Originally visited Beauty Hours Salon as a customer, to have her hair styled for her engagement. She is the fiancée of the youngest son of the President of the Tongyang Company, and her future mother-in-law an important client of Doom Jung for the past 10 years. The haircut Hyunkang gives her literally changes her life. After her failed engagement she joins the rest of the Beauty Hours staff working at their new Verbes Hair Salon.
