Trucy Wright is Apollo Justice's "sidekick" and Phoenix Wright's adopted daughter. She is a professional stage magician born into the Gramarye family of magicians, her biological father being Zak Gramarye and her grandfather being Magnifi Gramarye. As such, her original name is Trucy Enigmar. Trucy is bright, energetic and very naïve. However, underneath all this, she is also very perceptive and intelligent, usually being able to piece things together in and out of court even more quickly than Apollo Justice does. She recently became a fan of Klavier Gavin and his band, getting a large "allowance bonus" from her father to buy a great deal of their merchandise. She often orders "Extra-spicy" curry, just to make sure it is, in fact, spicy. However, the curry turns out to be too spicy for her, and she always wastes it. Despite her cheerful demeanor, Phoenix has said that she is hiding a deep sadness. This is understandable given that, as far as she knows, she has lost both her biological parents. Anju is Karin's younger sister and she absolutely loves her, close to the point of obsession. She will do anything for Karin. She has not quite awakened as a vampire, causing her to be somewhat sensitive to the sun, and resulting in her only attending school on overcast days. However, she does have an amazing control over bats despite this. Anju is very reserved, speaking in a quiet manner and wears a Gothic Lolita attire. Boogie-kun is her companion, whom she carries around and is her favorite of her dolls, something she enjoys collecting. In the anime, Anju's blood preference is jealousy when she awakens. In the manga, it's loneliness.

A housewife from Lower Sotoba who works in drive-in Chigusa. She's xenophobic to the point of unhinged mentality, and forbids her children to play near the motorway as she believes the outsiders will take them away. Her conditions visibly worsens after her father-in-law, Iwao, becomes a Shiki and kills her husband, daughter, mother-in-law and culminates in insanity when her son, the last member of the family, is also murdered. Later, Motoko joins the Shiki extermination and betrays her friend Kanami's secret (that Kanami's mother Tae is now a Shiki and currently hiding in their house) to the villagers, leading to Tae's death and Kanami's abandonment of the village. She's obsessed with finding Iwao to avenge her children; her efforts are in vain as it's strongly implied that Iwao was already killed by Natsuno. At the end of the series, she becomes completely mad, and sets fire to the village and herself.

She is a vagabond, a master of disguise, a lesbian who hates men and has a breast fetish. She was also Kanetsugu's childhood friend, she was able to help Jubei regain her "Master Samurai" powers after revealing to everybody who she is.
