The "juvenile delinquent" of the class, Katsuya Kimura acts much worse than he really is toward Nube and his other classmates. At the start of the series, Katsuya is consistently portrayed as a loner, either due to being misunderstood by his classmates, his own cowardice or from his delinquent behaviors such as smoking or stealing charity for a good cause. But as the series goes on, he slowly comes to grips with himself and joins in with Nube and his friends where he is one of the main members of the class. Katsuya is a huge pervert towards sexy females, an attribute that gets him into a huge idolization of Miki (though she sees treats him like her dog). He also finds himself consistently with the worst grades in class alongside both Hiroshi and Makoto. He is a senior classman of Hakoniwa Academy and the leader of the delinquents who originally made up both the Kendo Club and the 2% of the votes that Medaka Kurokami did not receive. Moji is aggressive and violent, an attitude befitting a delinquent leader. He ignores the great majority of school rules, instead hanging out in the kendo hall with his friends. Like the rest of his gang, he smokes.After Medaka's intervention however, he seems to have reformed somewhat, and the passion for kendo he once had has been rekindled. OVER is the ruthless third member of "Four Heavenly Kings", the four elite members of Tsuru Tsurulina IV's Hair Hunting corp. (whom also includes Gunkan, Purupu and Halekulani) Unlike many Hair Hunters outside those seen much earlier in the series, OVER takes his job of ripping the hair out of the subjects of the Maruhage Empire extremely seriously and will treat all in his gaze as prey. This harshness for his job includes the treatment of his own teammates, as seen by his scalping of both Gunkan and Kitty Poo after their failures against Bo-bobo and the Hajike rebels. Although OVER can and will attack with little or no notice, he mostly controls his hair hunting activities from an ancient Japanese castle, where he controls a platoon of various ninja-like warriors including The Five Hidden Killers (dub: The Ultimate Five Assassins), who themselves are known for their stealth and abilities. He has noticeably long white hair and eyebrows with pointy ears and long chin. He wears a short black jacket that reveals his chest and white pants.
Age: 17 Date of birth: June 21 The Phantom Thief Kid or The Magician Under the Moonlight (Kaito Kid) is a world-renowned thief who steals treasures and gems. He is sometimes known as Kaito Kid or "International Criminal 1412." Despite the fact that Shinichi (Conan) does not care much about investigating thefts, Kid can be considered his archnemesis, as he is the one criminal (beside some members of the Black O) he can not seem to catch. Curiously, Kaito discovers Conan's true identity (non-canon, movies only), but keeps his secret, and sometimes Conan can even count on Kid's help to solve some of his cases; however, not even Kudo Shinichi knows about Kid's true identity. Throughout the story, Kaito Kid and Conan have crossed paths but he has always managed to escape from Conan's clutches by his special skills. Kaito is son of the magician, Touichi Kuroba, and apparently knew Shinichi's mother. Touichi Kuroba also made clues for Shinichi and Ran, who were in first grade.
