She usually refers to Shingo as her doggy. She got Shingo into the Boxing Club on the premises of helping him cure him of his fear of women, but more often than not just uses him for her own amusement. She also seems to have an affinity for him when he is agitated. Another member of the boxing club who has a very underdeveloped body; having the appearance of an elementary school aged girl. She has loved Shingo since the time where he helped her getting a book (one hundred ways to attack men), which was high up on a library shelf. Nozomi will do anything to get Shingo, most often resorting to using very 'sexual' acts to get his attention while planning far ahead in advance (brings extra set of clothes, food prepared (usually drugged with sleeping medicine) and etc). A girl who was once immensely fat and scary that confessed her love to Shingo, but got rejected (despite expecting it) with a 'HELP'. As a result, Haruka crushed Shingo under her enormous weight. When Shingo gets back to school Nishiharu has lost a lot of weight and Shingo doesn't recognize her until he notices the double mole on her breast. At first, Nishiharu is still mad at Shingo for rejecting her, but still cares for him. Later she begins to actively pursue him, and feels a lot of regret for causing his gynophobia and the scars all over his body. Being the direct cause of Shingo's fear makes it difficult for her to get truly close to him as he often has flashbacks of her beating him. A wild student who cannot open his mouth without laughing, unless sufficiently shocked, and finds practically everything funny. His theory is that as long as you laugh you can keep all miseries away and stay forever happy. Waji taught Guu how to laugh, which might not have been a very good idea.
A servant at Weda's parent's estate, he has very scary eyes (though this wasn't always the case, as he was stated to have beautiful eyes when he was younger). Loves Weda, but she thinks of him as a brother. He is often the one who goes to pick up Weda after nights where she had been drinking specifically heavily (revealed to be quite frequent due to Weda's habits). Chourou is an old man with a lot of chest hair, which he feels is a sign of his strength and manliness. Adult Guu steals it and this is used as a plot device. (As a result of this he has taken to calling her "Lord Guu" and keeping a safe distance.) As the village elder, he leads the pokute (recurring and common creatures in the jungle) hunts, and has dozens of recipes in which pokutes are used. He falls in love with a cat that looks almost like him which he ends up giving to Hare (much to Hare's chagrin) and even disappears for a while when his chest hair growth goes out of control. By the ends, he's merely a furball with a head.
