Flare is always shown with an absent, peculiar expression on her face, making it look like she's not interested in what happens around her, and seems to act in a teasing, disturbing way, referring to Lucy Heartfilia as "Blondie" and teasingly repeating such nickname several times. Her sadistic nature is later displayed in the fight between the two female Mages. Flare is extremely fond of her hair, whose color she praisingly refers to as "sunset red," becoming overly upset if someone damages it while she's employing her Hair Magic, something which prompts her to reveal other traits, her sadism and unfairness. Grand Magic Games arc During "Alexei's" match-up against Laxus Dreyar in the third day's battle portion, "Alexei" reveals himself to be Ivan Dreyar while using an illusion to fool the audience. Ivan then orders Laxus to tell him Lumen Histoire's location, and Flare, with her team mates, stands by his side to help intimidate the lightning Mage. However, Laxus shows determination to defeat them all. She listens as Ivan explains the reason behind Raven Tail's creation, and when Laxus reveals to them Makarov's investigation and prior knowledge of their malicious goals, she angrily exclaims that Gajeel betrayed them. Ivan then sends Flare to fight Laxus, but she is easily defeated. After Laxus defeats Ivan, she, along with her guildmates, is hauled off by the Custody Enforcement Unit, disqualified from the Games for their cheating ways. On the evening of the third day of the Grand Magic Games, Flare secretly follows Fairy Tail's members to Ryuzetsu Land, a summer leisure spot. Once there she talks with a surprised Lucy explaining that she wasn't arrested, but only taken by the Custody Enforcement Unit for questioning. Lucy then asks her what she wants, Flare blushes and simply says that she came to apologize to her. After that she walks away while Lucy looks at her, smiling. Sun Village arc As Lucy and Wendy are later attacked by the members of Sylph Labyrinth at the Sun Village, Flare appears and jumps into battle to aid the two Fairy Tail Mages, stopping Drake's sniper bullets with her hair and revealing a new mark in place of her old Raven Tail insignia. Flare then proceeds to laugh at the treasure hunters for their pitiful attempt; when questioned as to why she's in the Sun Village like they are, Flare answers that she was stalking Lucy, though quickly dismisses that as a joke. With a sad expression on her face, Flare reminds Lucy that she had nowhere to go, so she opted to return to her home: the Sun Village. Nab Lasaro is one of the many mages of Fairy Tail. Not much is known about Nab Lasaro, except that he seems to hang around the Request Board often, even though he doesn't get much jobs or missions to do. He shouts at Natsu when he breaks the Mission board, knowing Natsu Dragneel was going to do something bad. He also says he prefers solo missions when Lucy asked him to go on a mission with her. Risley Law is a Mage of the Mermaid Heel guild as well as a member of its representative team in the Grand Magic Games. Risley employs Gravity Change as her type of Magic. This Magic allows her to manipulate the gravity affecting a person, using it to changing her weight and allowing her to defy gravity and walk on walls. Age: 36 Magic: Perfume Magic Likes: All the Women in the World Dislikes: Things That Stink Ichiya is one of the top mages of the Blue Pegasus Guild, as well as the leader of The Trimens (composed of Hibiki Laytis, Ren Akatsuki and Eve Thylm). Macao Conbolt is one of the older mages of the Fairy Tail Guild, being 36. He uses a special flame, the purple flare, which cannot be blown off by wind or water. He's also very skilled in transformation magic, an ability which can even deceive an equal expert such as Mirajane. He's divorced and is dating a younger girl. Freed Justine is a 20-years old mage who is skilled enough to be a S-Class Mage(stated by Erza). Freed is a member of the Fairy Tail Guild who doesn't show his face often. Laxus Dreyar calls him Freed the Dark. He hasn't been to the guild for half a year, and hasn't met any of the newer members like Lucy Heartfilia. During Fairy Tail's battle with Phantom Lord Guild, he was off in another town. He is a member, and also the captain, of the Raijinshuu, a group of mages who act as servants to Laxus, with Freed as the self-proclaimed captain. He is known as one of the "Mystery Men" along with Mystogan and Gildarts. His magic style is Enchantments. Freed seems to be the most quiet of the Raijinshuu. He also seems to care for his former friends as he questioned Laxus when Laxus told him to kill other Fairy Tail members if he must. He seems to respect Laxus as he does whatever Laxus says even killing other guild members if he is ordered. When Mirajane shouts at him saying weren't they friends, Freed closes his eyes and replied "we were once." After Laxus left Fairy Tail, he shaved his head, it grew back to normal as seen in chapter 165. Freed's magic allows him to write runes that, depending on what is written, will actually effect its target, though Freed's magic seems to do more with inflicting pain and suffering on his opponents. It was first used during the Battle of Fairy Tail, where Freed's enchantments were used as traps do have the guild members fight each other to escape.
