Whitebeard is currently the strongest pirate in the world. He is said to be the pirate closest to obtaining the legendary treasure, One Piece. It is said that Whitebeard used to have numerous battles with the late Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, and was marked as his equal in the past. Whitebeard appears to have some health problems, possibly stemming from his advanced age or from his ferocious encounters with other great pirates during his earlier days. He is always surrounded by nurses and is hooked up to intravenous tubes. But despite this, he still drinks rum by (and directly from) the barrel. Even with his health issues, he is still considered the world's strongest pirate, which raises the question of how powerful he must have been in his prime. When he first appears, he receives a letter from Red-Haired Shanks on behalf of Shanks' newest crewmate Rockstar. However, before even reading the letter, Whitebeard throws it away, claiming that if Shanks wants to talk, then he should visit in person. He even asks Rockstar to tell Shanks to prepare an expensive bottle of sake when Shanks comes to visit. When Shanks finally breaks through a blockade for their meeting, he calls him "boy", showing his feelings for the much younger captain, compared to his own age and prestige in the "New World" section of the Grand Line. Woop Slap is the mayor from Luffy's hometown and has been the mayor for over 10 years now. He was the first person to stick up for Luffy during his tussle with Higuma. He also complained about Luffy's dream of becoming a pirate, saying that would bring shame to the village, however, he later called it Luffy's "destiny" in question form. Although he often criticizes Luffy's choice to become a pirate and his growing infamy (He was disappointed that the citizens started drinking to celebrate Luffy's latest bounty), he seems to actually care for his well-being, such as when he pleaded for Higuma to spare Luffy's life when he was a young boy. His criticism of the most infamous member of the village, seems to come more from the fact Woop Slap is an authority figure himself, thus he finds Luffy (and by extension, his father) waging war on the World Government as absurd. He even believed that Luffy is better than the choice of his nakama who became infamous with him, referring to them as "freaks". He seems to talk to Makino often about Luffy as she appears to be the only one in the village willing to listen to him. He is familiar with Garp and his family (including Dragon), stating how he thinks all 3 generations of Garp's family are crazy. He also questions if Dadan knows about the Enies Lobby incident (Source: One Piece Wikia)
Height: 161cm Weight: 48kg Three size: B 97 / W 58 / H 89 The heroine. Minato's first Sekirei. She met Minato when she fell out of the sky. She is a power-Strength-type Sekirei. After hearing Tsukiumi say that she is Minato's wife she decides that she is gonna be his wife too. She is very naive and often says things she does not understand. She also eats a lot. At times she has a ferocious bear appear behind her, which didn't actually appear until after she became Miya's disciple. Personality Musubi is very naive, positive and insightful, often says things she does not understand, and is probably the most 'childish' of Minato's Sekireis, even more so than Kusano. She is, however, very eager when it comes into confronting other Sekireis (to the point where her eyes gleam and sparkle at the prospect of fighting another) but never fails to be polite as she would usually asks for permission first before fighting them. Abilities and Powers Musubi plays a crucial part in Minato's team and is always seen participating in Sekirei battles due to her desire to fight strong opponents. Musubi's abilities are hand-to-hand combat which utilizes her greatly enhanced strength. This is enforced by the heavy combat gloves she always wears. Her attacks and techniques are mostly punches and kicks which are supported by her ridiculous strength. Something else notable about Musubi is that she also has a good amount of stamina and endurance evidenced during her first fight with Benitsubasa. She took several hits during that fight and was still able to stand up to Benitsubasa's surprise who thought that she went down after one hit. Even the Disciplinary Squads Ashikabi acknowledges her strength and came to the conclusion that Benitsubasa would have a hard fight against her without using her Norito. Sniper of the Red Haired Pirate Crew. Yasopp is a gifted sharp-shooter said to be capable of shooting the legs off an ant at 100 feet without harming the rest of it. He is the father of Usopp and was one of Luffy's favorite members of the Red-Haired pirates.
Shakuyaku, also know by her nickname Shakky, is the Bartender of Shakky's Rip-off Bar on the Sabaody Archipelago. She is a former pirate alongside her companion Rayleigh and is also known for once being chased by notable marine Monkey D. Garp. Shakky is very smart, and seems to constantly seek information - particularly on other pirates. She also reads the newspapers in what one could assume to be an obsessive manner, as she believes strongly that knowledge is power. She was the one who informed Luffy of all of the nine other pirates whose bounties exceed one hundred million beli. She also seems intent on keeping her age a secret; Luffy asked her how old she was when he heard that she had quit being a pirate forty years ago, but she immediately changed the subject. After meeting Luffy for a short time, she is impressed by him, and states that she's rooting for him to become the Pirate King. She gave up the life of a pirate forty years ago to open a bar. She is infamous for charging exuberant prices for her goods, however she makes an exception for Hatchan and the Strawhats. The Straw Hats return from the Human Auctioning House, where they found Rayleigh, and the tells the group about Roger's fate. Currently, she is taking care of the wounded Hatchan, as the Straw Hats depart. Unknown to her, Camie, Pappug and Hatchan, Bartholomew Kuma teleported the Straw Hats away from the Sabaody Archipelago to different locations. While it was getting late and the Straw Hats have not been heard of since they left, Camie began to worry about their safety. While Pappug and Hatchan were convinced they'll be fine, Shakuyaku on the contrary, pointed out that their chances of facing a Marine Admiral and escaping are slim, and noted that the current era is slowly changing, so the Straw Hats must catch and hold on to "the waves" that will inevitably wash it away to survive.
