Tokiko Magami is Kamui's aunt and the nurse at Fūma and Kotori's school. Tokiko attempts to alert Kamui to the significance of his ancestry and of his role in the end of the world, but they are interrupted by a battle at Togakushi Shrine in the manga, while Kamui is highly skeptical of her claim to being his mother's younger sister (despite her unmistakable resemblance to T�hru) in the anime TV series. After being attacked by shikigami in the form of "men in black", Tokiko arrives at the Togakushi Shrine severely injured just in time to give birth to the second Sacred Sword before the eyes of Kamui and Fūma. Tokiko was apparently in contact with Imonoyama Nokoru and the former Chairman of Clamp Academy. Her final message to Kamui is delivered through a video entrusted to the director of Clamp Academy, where she explains the choice Kamui must make and to carefully consider who he wishes to protect as well as what he truly desires for the Earth's fate. In the X Tarot set, she and her sister represent The Tower.
Satoru's grandmother and also the head of the Ethics Committee. She intends for Saki to succeed her position as she possesses a strong mental stability as well as qualities of a leader. Because of this, she had asked the Board of Education not to dispose of Saki and her friends despite knowing about the true history. Tokiko Tsuji is one of the three children spirits who roam Heavenly Host Elementary School and the second victim of the murder case that took place in it. Unlike Ryou or Yuki, she never tries to kill any of the main characters, expect for Mayu, whom she killed with Yuki. Also, Tokiko kills her victims by removing their heads like seen from many corpses laying in the school.
Outgoing and usually the instigator of the pack, she is identifiable by the fact that she does not wear a blazer over her shirt and tie like most other characters. She likes to achieve her objectives in a straight-forward manner and doesn't really seem to mind other people's circumstances. Because she was absent during the first few days of school, she was unwittingly assigned as a member of the discipline committee. She has an older brother Kitsune, whom she apparently holds in very low regard, and an older sister Oniyuri. As she does not have a very good relationship with her family, she often runs away from her home. Due to this reason, she and Suzume missed the first few days of school as they were very far away from home on the school opening day. She's Suzume's childhood friend. She's 164cm tall and her three sizes are 81-55-82. Her name contains a kanji of tiger (虎, tora?) and the first kanji letter of her name (上) can be pronounced as 'Ue' (West), thus revealing her name's relationship with White Tiger of the West (白虎).
