A 1st year and another new member of the Magic Club. Akane is a spoiled rich girl who often misses going to club meetings in order to go on dates with boyfriends. She seems to be a natural at using magic, and it comes very easily to her (such is her inant skill that she is able to make makeshift wands out of rudimentary objects, though they are rather primative and weak compared to her regular wand), though it can't be said the same for her flying. Akane often uses magic for selfish reasons against what Takakura has taught, which causes Sae to lecture her in several instances. In a cute touch, anything affected soley by her magic spins before the spell's true effect come to pass, something which she has no control over. In the TV series, Akane works as a model and appears in clothing advertisements throughout the city. Her mother is a famous actress.
She is the youngest and most energetic out of the sisters. She is in elementary school and has long blonde hair that is often up in pigtails and has yellowish eyes.
Satsuki is Akira's childhood friend and his classmate. She believes that she is like an older sister to Akira. She calls Akira "Ah-chan", which he seems to dislike. She eventually awakens to her powers as the shiki tsukai of May in third volume of the manga. A young girl who is the shiki tsukai of January and heiress to the Mutsuki family that has ancient ties with the Seichouji family. Prim and polite, she usually works in the shadow protecting Akira and usually comes with a smile on her face. She wields the January 1 Imperial Jade shikifu. Female main character. Model that transfers from Tokyo to the rural area. Even though her father is opposed to her modeling she continues. Falls in love with Kouichiro. After becoming quite famous, she attracts a stalker. He kidnapped her to rape her. Kouichiro tries to save her but he is no match for the kidnapper. She faints and does not know what happened during the blackout. They are saved by the adults and Natsume and Kouichiro break up. She also stops working as a model. Natsume starts dating Otomo and she picks up her modeling work again.
