The youngest Intoner and ruler of the Land of Seas. Extremely confident and greedy, she desires all that she sees, but quickly loses interest once she gets it. The second heroine and a Silvite, Fina is quieter and more introverted than Aika, due to her isolated upbringing in the Great Silver Shrine. While growing up, her only real friend was Ramirez, until he left the Shrine on a mission from the Silvite Elders. Because she is physically weak, her artificial pet, Cupil, does most of the fighting during combat.

The protagonist, Hideki, is a 25 year old owner of a daikon field in the Nerima ward of Tokyo, a region famous for growing Daikon. As children Hideki, Ichiro, and Mako made a pact to one day perform in a concert in a dome where the Daikon field now sits. One of the running gags in the series is Hideki's crush on Mako, his cousin.
