When Jiho suggests recruiting Ewon as the errand boy at the office, Mookyul goes along with it. He forces Ewon to do all sort of jobs and finds him to be very handy around the office. When Mookyul starts to have the same reoccurring dream of a certain boy from his elementary school, he finds out that Ewon was actually that boy 10 years ago. New feelings surface and Mookyul does everything he can to make Ewon his. Being the boss of the gang, Mookyul has natural qualities that make him the leader. He’s very bold and brash and usually does whatever he pleases. His short temper has many others intimidated by him. He’s often seen smoking and also has a bad habit of biting others when he’s drunk. As a child, he was an orphan and was picked up off the street and raised by Gun-Woong Lee, whom he has a really close relationship to. Growing up was hard for Mookyul, but the thought of the boy from his elementary school (Ewon) reminded him that he wasn’t alone and always kept him going. Has a twin sister named Merielle whom he argues frequently with (especially regarding firstborn claims) and rarely wins against. He takes after his mother in looks. He is thoughtful and calm by nature and is quite skilled at many things (like cooking, hunting, flying planes and languages), but he is also somewhat dorky. Because of the Ixtovan royal family's "single child" rule, his rank as prince is not publicly known. His royal family crest is the hawk. He and Lillia have known each other since childhood. Through the years, he appears to develop feelings for her, but he is unable to act (effectively) on them. Of all the major characters in this part of the series, only Lillia is unaware of his real identity.

He is first introduced as an underling working for the Mafia (basically as the errand boy). He was forced into the job with no pay by his jealous ex-boyfriend, Jiho as punishment for cheating on him. Unfortunately for Ewon, his boss is Jiho's new boyfriend, Mookyul who turns Ewon's life completely upside down. As Ewon does his best to work hard for the mafia (enduring dangerous jobs, numerous cleaning duties and errands, and not to mention all the sexual harassment by his boss), he soon realizes that he and Mookyul shared a history together, which will eventually lead to sharing something more. Ewon's personality is the good-natured type. He is warm-hearted, friendly and sweet to all those around him. He makes the best coffee and knows how to cook and clean, which is why he is so handy around the office. Ewon claims himself that he is an affectionate person and gives his affection to everyone. He gets along easily with others since he's very lovable and adoring. As a boy, he lost his parents and lived on his own for most of his life so he’s very independent and knows the meaning of hard work and education. But because he's been alone for so long that he doesn't want to get attached to things or fall in love; fearing that he would risk losing it all again. So Ewon closed his heart to prevent others getting too close and never stayed committed to relationships.
