He is the father of Black☆Star and the leader of the infamous Star Clan. Much like Black☆Star, he was very bent toward being the best and winning every battle. In the past, White☆Star was put into a very similar situation as Black☆Star in his battle with Mifune. They were both asked by Mifune about which path (path of a Warrior or path of a Demon) they'd rather take. White☆Star did not answer, but Mifune was easily able to tell that White☆Star already took the path of a Demon. Black☆Star simply said he'd make his own path. White☆Star was slain in battle by Mifune.
The Landlord (a.k.a. Lalo) (ÅŒya), born 1970) and is a bald, blue-skinned creature with a head shaped like a daikon radish. He is Milk's landlord. As Milk is perpetually over six months behind on her rent, he continually tries to get payment from her. However, whenever he tries to get the rent, she does or says something that shocks or tricks him, causing him to run back across the ladder to his own home. He is also anxious, as he once thought he lost his "purse," but shortly finds it after making a racket over it. The landlord has admitted to being a homosexual in the Japanese version of episode 9, "Financial Decay Peninsula". His homosexuality is openly referred to in more than one episode.
A simple fortune teller who neither "predicts" nor "calculates," but simply sees the future without any relevant information about the subject. Her vision of the future is fix and cannot be change. As time past, she could no longer see the visions of the future anymore. Despite so, she refuses to quit her job as a fortune teller and continue to give advice to those who come to her for revelation. Mother of Mifune once look at the fortune of the male Ryougi Shiki, and foretell that no matter what, Shiki will eventually die. However, the thing that Shiki desire most will come true.

He later makes an appearance to witness HF Second Year Replacement matches. He was also featured briefly in the first Nisei movie, during the Seigi Chojin fan appreciation day, where he is seen giving fans his autograph.
