A transfer student at Tomobiki High School, Class 2-4. She is a girl, but because her father says the successor to the Hamachaya must be a man, he raises Ryuunosuke as a boy and insists that she is one. Because her eccentric father has raised her as a boy in order to run the Hamachaya, she behaves a lot like one and is quite violent. However, since she is in fact a girl, she hates being treated like a boy. She would love nothing more than to let her feminine side show, but her father interferes in every attempt she makes. Her first love was her elementary school teacher, whom she later realizes was a woman. Only Ataru Moroboshi truly treats her like a woman, but she handles it the same way most girls handle Ataru: with a hard left hook, not that it ever stops him.
She has a fraternal twin with whom she can communicate telepathically. She rarely takes part in combat, instead controlling and monitoring the computers in Deava's control room. Chloe is apparently very earnest about things and doesn't talk to people much. She has feelings for Pierre.
A dragon of heaven, Aoki is a mild-mannered copy editor with a wife and child, who is also a wind magician. In the TV series, upon discovering that the battle between the Seals and Angels is at hand, he secretly divorces his wife Shimako in order to spare her grief should he be killed. Although Aoki is very powerful, he rarely sees any action in battle for much of the first half of the story as he is quite busy editing manuscripts. He is a wind master, with the ability to conjure and control wind currents. This is his family's gift; his nephew Saiki Daisuke has the same ability, though he isn't as strong. In Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle He's one of the seven fighters of the Tower faction, who live in the apocalyptic world of Tokyo.
A small girl who lives in the dream world (called Moera). She can only say, "Mone!" or "Monene." She seems to be attached to Tomokazu. Her hair has a purple-ish tint, and her fighting uniform is blue. (from Wikipedia) She has a strange power within her that can quickly eliminates her enemies and absorb it.
A factory robot, who can produce many items from her arms, and repair the robots if they get broken. She is also able to mimic voices, and often gives a wry response to her friends' comedic efforts.
Eiryou Student Council vice president.
The main female protagonist. A noble from the Alisia family and a reincarnation of Apollonius's human lover Celiane, she possesses great physical strength and a great admiration(brother complex) for her older brother, who she thinks he is the real reincarnation of the "Solar Wing". She always argues with Apollo, not only because she thinks he is an impostor, but also because of his rude habits and untamed nature. But as the story progresses, she starts to develop strong feelings for him.
