The old man in the story is Manager of Video Shop Gokuraku, Japan Branch. His real name is unknown. Despite the term 'Manager', he belongs to the lower echelon of the Gokuraku and basically manages the 'rental system' in the video shop. He has some specialized knowledge in the field of Video Girl Engineering and helps him employer, Rolex, in development and maintenance of equipment. He is the current daimy� of the Land of Wind, replacing the former wind daimy�. During a meeting of the Five Great Shinobi Countries' daimy� he was the third daimy� out of the five, who consented to allow the Allied Shinobi Forces to officially form, being wary of "Madara Uchiha"'s position as the leader of Akatsuki.
He appears to have an impatient attitude, as seen when he and the other daimy� awaited the response of the uncertain Water Daimy�. He prompted him to respond quickly due to the urgency of the impending war.
He is an elderly man with short, pale purple hair that spikes up at the back, a bristling moustache and a long beard. He wears a hat of sorts which has the symbol of his village on it, similar to a forehead protector. He also squints and wears what appears to be a purple kimono.
Commonly called Fire and Thunder are Kirikou Rung's weapon partners and take the form of "Pots", although in weapon form they are actually gloves. Fire and Thunder are young small twins, befitting their young age in comparison to other characters within the series. Both have a dark skin complexion and facial features consisting of blue eyes, rosy cheeks and mid-length blonde hair framing their faces. Their main differences are; Fire is male and wears an orange cap. Despite being powerful weapons, they are still kids and as such, are distracted and quarrel a lot.
Member of God's Right Seat. Blessed with the nature of "God's Medicine." A small, menacing-looking old man wearing a green robe. T�ma encounters him when he went to France. He uses the spell "Execution of Light," which can manipulate the hierarchy of everything around him. He also uses a guillotine made of flour, a byproduct of the "Execution of Light" spell. It seems that he knew something about T�ma's Imagine Breaker, but it was never revealed. He also discovered about his memory loss during a fight with him. He has been killed by Acqua of the back because Acqua didn't agree with his idealism.
