En and Atsushi's instructor; supposedly killed in an incident by tripping over Wombat and falling down a flight of stairs, Wombat quickly explains that he isn't technically dead. However, he has to remain in close proximity in order to keep the teacher from suffering the effects of decomposition. And uses him as a cover to appear inconspicuous. Tawarayama briefly recovers in "Love, Training Camp and Toothbrushes" but is accidentally injured again, rendering him comatose once more. As none of them witnessed his recovery, they do not know if he is an animate corpse or he will simply wake up soon.

Coming from Rayaka out in the countryside, he can easily bond with Asuta whom he is profoundly impressed by. His magic allows him to form fireballs which he can hurl at targets. He uses them as baseballs for the unofficial welcoming ceremonies he holds for new recruits. He can also form a magic bat for hitting his fireballs.
Mina represents Fukurokuju. The two are twins and the youngest members of the club, as the only elementary students. They have a tendancy to fall over and go to sleep if they expend even the smallest amount of energy, which they seem to lack, except when they transform in which case they are full of energy. Because they represent the two gods Fukurokuju and Juroujin (who are the gods of luck and fortune) they are almost the same person. Details about the twin's relationship are in episode 6.
She represents Hoteisama. She is a doctor.
Kappei is the only character in the visual novel who does not appear in the animated versions of Clannad. Is a mysterious nineteen-year-old young man who is travelling around. His goal in life is "to live like a man". Tomoya will meet Kappei if he chooses to avoid Kyou's scooter on the right side. Ky� intends to hit Tomoya as a revenge for Button running back home wet, but hits Kappei instead (in Visual Novel)
