Along with Mokania the strongest armed librarian, she is the acting director of the Armed Librarians. She usually wears a white shirt with a small bunny cartoon on her right breast. She has a calm personality and always hopes to meet someone that can defeat her. She had a relationship with Mattalast in the past. She mainly uses a sling (usually wrapped around her right wrist) to snipe enemies from a far distance. She can throw many things but usually uses small rocks or pebbles. Her throwing speed can reach 5 times the speed of sound. Her weapon was so strong that even Shlamuffen (the weapon used by Segal and once used by Shiron) couldn't destroy it. Her magic ability is "Sensor Silk", which she uses to sense people, including visual and hearing. Her silks, fully emitted, can reach approximately 50 kilometers, while the number of silks emitted reaches over billions. Under a pact made between Heaven and a previous director of Bantorra, Hamyuts was raised to destroy Heaven. Warren Rocko is a member of the Fairy Tail Guild who uses telepathy, a magic that allows one to converse mind-to-mind. In battle, it's possible for him to read his opponent's mind. Although he may not look it, he is classified as one of the more powerful wizards in the guild, and he has gone on a huge number of jobs alone. His fear of heights causes him many problems. At one point he took a girl on a date, but as they were crossing a bridge, his mental shouts of "Help, save me!!! I'm scared!!!" were heard by everyone in the town. His design is similar to the character Branch from Rave Master.

She was very pretty when she was young and worked at a restaurant. She secretly fed poor children dumplings for free, and was fired. She is a smoker. Despite constant arguments over Gintoki's general inability to pay his rent, she is confident in his defense of her. But in episode 22, she proves to be quite skilled in martial arts (or at least has above average reflexes) by dodging Ayame's flying kick simply by tilting her head to the left and catching a thrown dagger with two fingers (and then pockets it). She is apparently one of the four "emperors" that rule the Kabuki District. The titular character of the series. She is the second princess of the royalty, daughter of the king of all monsters. She appears as a young aristocratic woman wearing Gothic clothing. Her real name is Lillian but she dislikes people calling her by it. Although her siblings are busy fighting for the throne, she shows no interest in it. She resurrected Hiro on a whim after he dies, thinking him interesting enough to be her servant. She is not as arrogant as she is playful, and she does not flinch at the sight of violence. In manga she uses her vassal to resurrect warriors for the royalty (her blood) in anime she uses the flame of life. Her aristocratic nature is shown in her ability to leave hard labor to her servants without remorse. She is also not above destroying anything in her path to kill an enemy, and using any weapon at her disposal, such as a chainsaw, a defibrillator, a hammer, or various swords. Interestingly, she is only as physically strong as a normal human and sometimes requires that her servants put her out of trouble or help her defeat an enemy. She also does not hesitate to save her servants, even going as far as breaking the rules to do so. In the 'Princess Rampage' chapter of the manga, she shows a certain disgust or fright over a mouse Flandre found at the end of the chapter. She also becomes a temporary half-vampire in order to save Hiro in the manga chapter 'Princess Blood'; her relationship with Hiro remains uncertain both in anime and manga however, and it is not known if she sees Hiro as a love interest or just a soldier of the royalty. He is capable of commanding the attention of everybody around him with little effort. He seems to know quite a bit about events in The World R:2, though his quiet nature makes it unclear exactly how much knowledge he actually has. He frequently disappears from the game for long stretches of time; while he says it's related to his job in the real world, whether that is true or not is up for debate. As a Steam Gunner of an extremely high level, he has progressed beyond having to worry about trivial matters such as leveling or PKers, leaving him plenty of time to work on his long term goals, whatever they may be. One thing to note, though he never seems to lie, he has the habit of not giving a straight answer, leaving others to make their own judgments.
