Majo, 30 years old is the attractive blonde female leader of the trio. Her character was written after the "vain villainess" stereotype, and accordingly, she often acts and speaks as if she were the most beautiful and intelligent character in the series. Of the trio, she is the most enthusiastic about capturing the "Dynamond," but ends up doing virtually nothing except bossing her two henchmen around, invariably cursing them after the "defeat" sequence in each episode as well as ending up naked through some misfortune. Seiren was a Cardian released by Ail and An with the mission of gathering energy from humans in order to revive the Makaiju. Her main target was Rei. She resembled a pink haired mermaid, and could use her long hair to incapacitate her enemies and drain them of their energy; she absorbed the energy into her hair, which made it turn blue, or into her golden scales. She attacked by firing a stream of water at her target. This attack managed to neutralize Sailor Mars' Fire Soul, but proved useless against Fire Soul Bird. (Source: Project WikiMoon)
Seiren is an "Underwater Combat Angeloid, Type Eta" built by the man of Synapse that appeared in chapter 45 of the manga. Her appearance in the manga was brief, as she was impaled in the back by one of Chaos' wings before being devoured and absorbed by her just after she was ordered by the man of Synapse to kill Tomoki and Ikaros. Her appearance is based on the sirens of Greek mythlology.

A student of the Night Class, she is Kaname's unofficial bodyguard. She is usually the first to defend Kaname from anyone she regards as a threat. She is highly skilled at various martial arts as well as ninja-like weapons. Seiren can seem cold, but is very loyal. She is a very quiet and enigmatic character who only speaks when necessary. Serien was originally named and born as a human girl called Hoshino. She was bought as a infant and raised in the way that, she would become a sacrifice for Kaname to feed on. When offered up to Kaname, she and another sacrifice, Yoruno, Hoshino gladly offered herself to him. She believe that by letting Kaname drink her blood, she would be allowed to go to heaven. Kaname however recused both Hoshino and Yoruno by taking them to Cross Academy. However, on their way to Cross Academy, Yoruno runs back, as she fears that if she doesn't offer herself, she will go to hell. Hoshino runs after her in order to stop her, only for the both of them be caught by aristocrat vampires. While Yoruno dies from the loss blood, Hoshino is on the verge of death when found by Kaname. He offers her the option to die or to live the life of a vampire. She choose to live, and Kaname turns her into a full fledged vampire, while giving her a new name, Seiren.
