The princess of Parros and Remus' twin. She is more independent and proud, but while putting up a strong front for her brother, she is just as devastated over the loss of her homeland. She also has prophetic abilities, hence her name "Farseer". According to the novels, she's sure to be one of the top beauties of the land. She has a hatred for Lady Amnelis that is suggested in Vol 2 to be partly because they are rivals and opposites in beauty, but mostly because the White Knights that Lady Amnelis commands were responsible for the deaths of her parents She is a platinum blonde with violet eyes. At the beginning of the story, she is 14.
The Crown Prince of Parros and Rinda's twin. Although Remus comes off as less courageous than Rinda, it is also suggested in the novels that he is more realistic and more able to understand others. His caution is derived from observation of others. He apparently can "sense" his sister, and occasionally hear her thoughts (vol 1). Remus is bitter about not having the gift of farsight, although it's evident he will have other talents. He is a platinum blond with violet eyes. At the beginning of the story, he is 14.
Also known as "The Black Count Vanon". The Count of Stafolos Keep who is suffering from a plague that causes flesh to fall off. He is discovered to have been possessed by a ghoul, who requires blood of living things to keep him alive.
Daughter of the Light World's president, Sera is a spoiled teenager who is not above resorting to violence. Her emotions shift quickly, but she always cares strongly about Sonic (and moreso herself).
She hunts chiropterans using a katana. It is implied that she is the last remaining vampire and is called "the only remaining original." Saya has no weakness to sunlight but it is unknown if she has any of the other vulnerabilities of normal vampires. However, she becomes distressed when she encounters religious people and angry when people mention God in her presence. Saya displays superhuman senses and strength, as well as cunning, resourcefulness, and skill. The manga series suggests she was a human-vampire hybrid. Her age is unknown, but a picture of her with nine other people is shown in the film with the date 1892 and the word "vampire" attached to it. An orphan girl who is a friend of Balsa. She lives with Touya in a small hut in town and just like him, she had her life saved by Balsa. She's eventually forced to leave her house after helping Balsa to escape the town.
