The main protagonist of Denpa Kyoushi, Junichirou is a 24-year-old otaku diagnosed with a disease known as "ADW," which stands for "only able to do what he wants." He was forced into becoming a high school teacher by his sister Suzune (who applied for the job without his knowledge). Junichirou has no shame when it comes to being an otaku, his antics typically embarrass those around him (especially his sister). Despite his eccentricity, he is a passionate and caring person who will go to great lengths just to help his students. He is also a genius, having once wrote a thesis that was published in a well-known science magazine known as "Nature." Junichirou initially became a part-time lecturer at Eastern Shinmei Highschool, where he met Minako Kanou. Prior to becoming a teacher there, he unknowingly influenced Minako into becoming a voice actor. Once he began teaching at Shinmei, he saved Minako from being bullied. He eventually became well-known among the students for his methods, but lost his job to a yale graduate.
Raila is the older sister of Rikuto April. She uses a Pentan deck, but isn't a skilled card battler.

Labrys was created in 1999 at the Kirijo Ergonomics lab and most of her development was done through painfully forcing her to fight other models of her series. She grew close to one of her sisters, #024, but was forced to destroy her too. After disappearing from Mitsuru Kirijo's plane, she appears in the TV world during the events of the P-1 Grand Prix tournament. She appears dressed in the Yasogami High School uniform, and refers to herself as Miss President. She wields a large cybernetic double-headed axe (a labrys) in battle. In the manga Aigis starts to refer to her as her older sister. During the story mode, it is revealed that the General Teddie who hosted the tournament is actually Labrys' Shadow in disguise. The player leads Labrys to face her other self, which represents her desire to live like a normal human and attend high school. When Labrys rejects her other self's wishes, it becomes a Shadow accompanied by the greater Shadow Asterius, which resembles a demonic bull. After the player defeats Shadow Labrys in battle, Labrys accepts her other self and it turns into Ariadne of the Fortune Arcana, a Persona that shares design motifs with Labrys. She then joins Mitsuru's group to find the real culprit behind the P-1 Grand Prix. Ayana Taketatsu provides her voice in Japanese and Cindy Robinson voices her in English. Nailkaiser is one of Phantom Lady's chief minions. She appears in the very first episode of Angel Blade. She has the ability to grow up to three penises at the same time. In the 1st episode of Angel Blade Punish!, she is sacrificed by Phantom Lady, who claims that "You sacrifice what you love." Luckily for her, she is saved by Angel Blade (who destroys the "chaos") and Angel Ender (who is shown holding Nailkaiser and Kyoka). The first episode of Angel Blade Punish! Nail has a flashback when Phantom Lady saves her from unseen dark forces, and transforms her into the mutant Nailkaiser. Nailkaiser's whereabouts are unknown at the moment, but there is some speculation that she may have something to do with Elphie, since she slightly takes on the same appearance in her Angel Beretta form, with her hair in high pigtails and white lipstick, not to mention her dark skin and green eyes. Elphie also recognized Widow's presence, and Moena saw a vision of Nail after Elphie caused her to orgasm.

In combat, she uses a wide variety of high-tech weapons, from machine guns and rocket launchers to long range guns and “rocket punches.” Aegis has the highest durability of any of the characters, and her Personas focus on physical attacks. Aegis is introduced during SEES' summer beach vacation, where she is simultaneously the target of Mitsuru's retrieval mission and Junpei's "Operation Babe Hunt." She immediately shows an instinctual interest in protecting the Main Character which even she cannot explain. Ikutsuki has her assigned to aid SEES, and she enrolls in Gekkoukan High to act as the Main Character's bodyguard. During her battle with Ryoji on the Moonlight Bridge, Aegis regains the memories trapped in her damaged circuits. The player learns that, ten years before the game, she was tasked to defeat or seal away Death so that the coming of Nyx would be averted. Since she was unable to defeat Death, she sealed the entity away in a young boy who was the sole survivor of a nearby car crash. That young boy was the Main Character. She is driven to protect him both to try and suppress Death and because she feels a great deal of guilt over her actions. Aegis is damaged during her fight with Ryoji and must be repaired by the Kirijo Group. When she returns she shows more human-like qualities and emotions, and decides to stand against the power of Nyx with her friends in SEES. After the final encounter with Nyx, she is the only one who remembers Tartarus, the Dark Hour, and the Main Character's sacrifice during his borrowed month of life. She allows him to live like a normal student for the few precious weeks that he has. Then, on Graduation Day, she holds the Main Character as he drifts into his final sleep, and swears that she will live her life protecting him. In the Persona 3: FES expansion, the player can access an epilogue to the main game called Episode Aegis (The Answer). There, Aegis replaces the Main Character as playable protagonist, inheriting his power to summon multiple Personas. The Main Character can also date Aegis in Persona 3: FES.
