Neferpitou is a cat-humanoid Chimera Ant and the firstborn of the Chimera Ant King's three Royal Guards. They are very loyal to the King, just like the rest of the Royal Guards and would sacrifice themselves for him. Neferpitou gets distracted easily, loves to play a lot and that makes them the most curious of the three Royal Guards. Hence their cat-like appearance, Pitou is a cat Chimera Ant who loves to play with their opponents like a cat would with their prey. Despite their cheerful and playful manner, Pitou has a sadistic and terrifying personality as well. Unlike Menthuthuyoupi and Shaiapouf, Neferpitou does not seem to mind much in regards to Meruem's later newfound interests with Komugi. Thus, among the three Royal Guards, Neferpitou is the only one that greatly prioritizes Komugi's safety as opposed to how Menthuthuyoupi and Shaiapouf hate Komugi, something Neferpitou is aware of which creates distrust in regards to the matter, for making their king deviate from the path they envision for him. Colt (コルト, Koruto) is a Chimera Ant squadron leader. His name from when he was human is Kurt.
Reina is a five year old girl who, along with her nine year old brother Kurt, is one of the first human beings devoured by the Queen. She has a great psychological influence on Colt, who is Kurt's reincarnation. It is later revealed that Reina has been reborn as Shidore, a Chimera ant who serves Hina. In the end she returns home to her village and is reunited with her mother.
Rammot is a Chimera Ant and an officer in Colt's squad. He attacked Gon and Killua but was defeated by them, with Rammot eventually seeking revenge on the pair. He is the first Chimera Ant to discover the power of Nen.
Podungo Lapoy is a member of the Kakin exploration team, under Kite's direction. She has dark skin with hair tied up in a topknot. She is the smallest member of the group. Kite has stated that Podungo and her fellow amateur Hunters in the Kakin Exploration Team have excellent potential to be pro-hunters.
