A friend of Asaga's who was always sickly with a hereditary disease. As he stayed sick he grew angry with the outside world, he went to Psyren and offered Asaga a card but he refused. In Psyren, he is a figure wearing, holding a rifle that uses his PSI energy. After he kills all but the five survivors, he takes aim at them and destroys part of the building. Amamiya says he's a Burst user and he also uses Rise to fight her physically. After using Trance, Amamiya realizes that Tatsuo was transformed into a Tavoo by having an orb implanted into him. Tatsuo regains his mind after being hit by Ageha's, however his core remains because it is integrated to his body. Because he does not have his card, he stays in Psyren, revealing that he will die when his core runs out of energy, but will look for a way around this. He describes his time as a Taboo as being trapped in someone else's body, and regrets all the killing he did. He appears later on chapter 69 when he saved Asaga from some Taboo. He is later shown with a new Asaga as they are planning to take down a tower. Tatsuo appears again during the W.I.S.E attack on Tenju's Root, riding atop Hiryu's dragon PSI. A young girl traveling around collecting commendations. She goes where fortune tellers tell her to go. Shotaro is her first friend. She was born in the Chugoku, the land of martial arts. She practices Hinoki Ryu. As a child, she was weak and lonely. She eventually decided to cheer up.
Mana Tsuburaya is a second-year Coppelion, all of whom are considered defective since they constantly emit neutrons, making Mana and her peers into walking biohazards that waste living beings through their mere presence, except for other Coppelion. As one of the most powerful Coppelion, Mana can wield a wide variety of special abilities mostly revolving around psychokinesis and the control of gravity, such as the ability of flight (which she's using almost constantly to move), levitating other objects, stopping bullets, and creating violent shockblasts. Mana is working under Dr. Coppelius against Ibara and the others because he promised that he'll find a way to fix her defect. Alongside her best friend Meisa, she is a former member of Exploration Unit that went renegade just like the Ozu sisters. Mana's most notable personality trait is her being very quiet and stoic, initially to the point of appearing eerie to her adversaries. After her introduction in volume 10 she couldn't be seen uttering a single word until a volume later.
Mana Walker is Allen's foster father. Allen was originally abandoned by his biological parents because of his deformed left hand, which was due to his Innocence. When Mana found Allen, he decided to adopt him. Over time, Allen formed a very strong bond with Mana. It is unclear how Mana died though in the anime the secene of an over turned coach was shown. For Allen, Mana was like his father so he mourned for him. The Millennium Earl came to a grieving Allen after Mana died and offered to bring him back to life. Of course, as Allen had loved him, he accepted. Mana was then turned into an Akuma and infuriated at Allen's actions, cursed Allen by cutting the boy's left eye leaving a pentacle marking and also giving him the ability to see Akuma with his left eye. He was quickly destroyed by Allen's awakened anti-Akuma weapon. Before his Akuma form got destroyed, he told Allen that he loved him, and thanked Allen for righting the wrong he had committed. It is revealed in the manga in chapter 219 that Mana is half of the Millennium Earl. Somehow, the Millennium Earl split into two and thus Mana and Nea was born. As the Noah blood with in them start to surface, they both knew that one of them will have to devour the other in order for them to become the Millennium Earl again. Mana, the older brother, decided to consume his younger brother Nea. After Mana has killed and consume Nea, his guilt for killing his own brother caused him to believe that he is not Mana but the Millennium Earl. That Mana and the Millennium Earl are two different people.
