Tokyo Babylon Seishirou is a kind veterinarian. He joins in with Hokuto in teasing Subaru about them getting married, but always laughs it off as Subaru blushes furiously. Seishirou is actually the Sakurazukamori (powerful assasin onmyouji), or the "Sakura Assassin" whose signature is cherry blossoms and the symbol of an inverted pentagram. He made a bet with Subaru long ago, which entails the climax of the series. X Seishirou is one of the Dragons of Earth, where he reveales his true self as a cold-hearted assassin who killed Subaru's twin sister Hokuto. In their final battle at Rainbow Bridge, Seishirou arranges for Subaru to kill him realizing who really won the bet. Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle A vampire hunter who chases after the vampire twins (Subaru and Kamui) across worlds. By exchanging his right eye, he received the power to cross dimensions from Yuuko Ichihara, the Witch of Dimensions. He was also the one who taught Syaoran how to fight.
One of the Dragons of Earth, a member of the Japanese Self-Defense Force who is telepathically linked to the plants and animals of the Earth, and thus strongly resents humanity's pollution and destruction of the natural world. Although his punch carries the force of an earthquake, he is the least antisocial of the Dragons of Earth, and the least active in the destruction of Tokyo. He meets Yuzuriha (and is the first man she ever met who can see Inuki) and develops an affection for her; although she falls in love with him, his intentions remain platonic as she is still a child. In Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle In Edonis country, he's a player paired up with Yuzuriha Nekoi. In Tokyo, he's one of the seven fighters of the City Hall faction.
Pakunoda exudes an air of self-confidence that can be intimidating to others. She is fully loyal to Kuroro. She is one of the original Genei Ryodan from Meteor City. Her physical strength is 11th in the Troupe. She has the ability to read the conscious thoughts of any person she is in physical contact with and can extract memories by asking specific questions. Attempting to create false information is impossible, since she can extract her target's purest memories. The information she collects is highly useful in exposing weaknesses and secrets, especially in finding out the opponent's nen ability or in situations requiring some form of extortion or blackmail. Her ability can also be used to see the recent past of an object. She also has the ability to share her memories by shooting them into another person's head using a revolver and conjured nen bullets called "Memory Bombs". This is not a combat ability, and does no damage. If she shoots a Memory Bomb into the person from whom the memories were read, those memories are erased permanently.
Squala is one of Neon Nostrade's bodyguards. During the job interview for new hires, he was one of the two moles planted alongside the applicants in order to test their strength. Although Squala has been one of Neon's bodyguards for many years, he does not have a Hunters License. He is also in a romantic relationship with Eliza, one of Neon's female attendants. The First Master and the founder of the Fairy Tail Guild. She is also referred to as the mother of Fairy Tail. In year X686, Mavis, along with Precht, Warrod Sequen and Yury Dreyar, founded the Fairy Tail guild, with Mavis being the guild master. As they finally finished the guild building, all four took a photo with the building in background as a sign that Fairy Tail was born. She later entrusted the guild to Precht to serve as its second master. In gratitude, members of Fairy Tail made her a grave on the holy island of the guild - Tenrou Island. Mavis was given with an epithet as the Fairy Tactician, since she led her team in many victories thanks to her exceptional skills in making strategies during battles. Shortly before founding the guild, Mavis' body becomes unable to grow nor mature after she uses Fairy Law in an incomplete stage, when her body could not withstand the burden of the magic.
