A busy professor of archaeology at Towa University, Fujitaka is a kind and caring father. He met his late wife Nadeshiko while doing his first year as a teacher at her high school. Nadeshiko had climbed a tree to return a baby bird to its nest, but fell out of the tree, landing on Fujitaka. Upon seeing her, he stated that "an angel has fallen from the sky." They fell in love and married when she was sixteen. Though Nadeshiko died seven years before the start of the series, Fujitaka is shown to still be very much in love with her and devoted to her memory. He keeps a picture of her in the dining room, changing it each morning. Little is initially said about Fujitaka's family or past. During the second half of the series, it is revealed that when Clow Reed divided his soul, seeking to no longer be the most powerful magician in the world, he split it into two halves, one which became Eriol Hiiragizawa holding all of the magic and memories, and the other being Fujitaka, who has no magic of his own, but fathered the one who would inherit the cards. It is stated that Fujitaka has no magical powers of his own, but he is also unaffected by other people's magic, such as the Eriol's sleep spell. At the end of the series, Eriol gives half of his magic to Fujitaka. This enables Fujitaka to finally see the spirit of Nadeshiko, who has been watching over her family since her death. In the anime adaptation, Fujitaka's role as the other half of Clow Reed's reincarnation is completely removed as is his immunity to Eriol's magic and he is never able to see Nadeshiko's spirit. He is voiced by Hideyuki Tanaka. In the Cardcaptors English adaptation, his name is changed to Aiden Avalon and he is voiced by Brian Drummond. Satoshi Tainaka is Ritsu Tainaka's younger brother. He appears when Ritsu is walking home with him from the movies. He then ventures of with a friend from school he saw on the way home. He seems to respect his sister Ritsu but still acts like a normal boy.
She is N's allies and have similar abilities for hearing the voices of Pokémon. Anthea and Helena debuted at the end of BW117, where they rescued N after he was injured fighting Colress and Team Plasma in a city. With Ash and his friends in tow, they took N to their secret refuge in the woods where they protect injured Pokémon. Anthea and Helena also appeared in the next episode, where they and N told Ash and company about their past with Team Plasma and Ghetsis. When several Plasma Grunts found their way into the refuge, Ash and his friends battled against the Grunts, and managed to subdue them. After this, N joined his foster sisters, and disappeared into the mist. When the mist faded, N, Anthea, and Helena were gone, and Ash and his friends found themselves on a wide field, where they saw the Dragonspiral Tower, towering a little distance away. Age: 20 (debut), 28 (end) Birthday: March 11, 1990 Pen name: Kou Aoki (蒼樹 紅 Aoki Kou) Aoki is a manga creator who used to work for a shoujo magazine called Margaret Magazine, until she was advised to switch over to a shounen magazine. Over at Shounen Jump, she worked with Nakai on her series Hideout Door. She usually bears a tough exterior and can come off as having a cold personality. Aoki attended To-Oh University with Iwase, the same fictional and prestigious university that L and Light from Death Note attend together. She currently works alone, both writing and drawing her stories without the help of a more talented artist, aside from her assistants. Hiramaru courts Aoki for a while, but the relationship becomes canon when he finally proposes to Aoki while on an amusement park's ferris wheel and she accepts.
Age: 15 (debut), 25 (end) Birthday: May 8, 1993 Birthplace: Saitama-ken, Japan Iwase is an intelligent girl who was a classmate of Mashiro and Takagi during Junior High. Iwase is an academic achiever in school. She's difficult to get along with due to her strict and high-standard nature. She leads a rather lonely life however, this doesn't bother her as she's always focused on her studies. In her world, she only respects people that rivals her ranking in school. When she appeares with Miyoshi Kaya at Takagi's house after his suspension, she reveals that she liked him. She took notice of Takagi during their middle school days as the only person that managed to out-rank and out-score her in academic performance. For her, giving out a simple hand-shake was a huge deal, as it meant a physical sign of respect and even going out together. However, she was so subtle to Takagi that she entirely missed the chance to properly convey her feelings. Her occasional mouth of challenge to Takagi only suggested to him to maintain this one-sided rivalry, but in reality, she was encouraging him in her subtle romantic intentions. Things started to change when she realized Takagi dropped in his school ranking and even stopped caring about his scores. When he was pressed to choose between her and Miyoshi, Takagi made it clear he's focused on being a mangaka more than romance. When Iwase tells Takagi to not pursue his ambitions and instead continue their academic rivalry she, to her surprise, was rejected by him. She reappears in chapter 60 as a student at To-oh University and novel writer. Iwase worked in publishing to prove her line of literary works are superior to Takagi, but unfortunately, it was another unofficial rivalry that he didn't realize until she pointed it out later. Iwase however, still she sees Takagi as a rival and decides to write stories for Shonen Jump to see if she can beat him at his own game. Her editor is Hattori, who worked with Takagi and Mashiro. She later becomes the writer for Eiji's new manga +Natural. She also teams up with Eiji for a collaboration in Crow for a few chapters. After Hattori returns as Takagi and Mashiro's editor, her new editor is Miura. Her writing and plot are praised for being very well made.
Age: 23 (debut), 31 (end) Birthday: May 14, 1987 Miura is the second editor for Ashirogi Muto. He is very enthusiastic and excited, and sometimes not a hard enough editor for the boys. After Detective Trap was canceled, he pushed Mashiro and Takagi to work on a gag manga.
