OVER is the ruthless third member of "Four Heavenly Kings", the four elite members of Tsuru Tsurulina IV's Hair Hunting corp. (whom also includes Gunkan, Purupu and Halekulani) Unlike many Hair Hunters outside those seen much earlier in the series, OVER takes his job of ripping the hair out of the subjects of the Maruhage Empire extremely seriously and will treat all in his gaze as prey. This harshness for his job includes the treatment of his own teammates, as seen by his scalping of both Gunkan and Kitty Poo after their failures against Bo-bobo and the Hajike rebels. Although OVER can and will attack with little or no notice, he mostly controls his hair hunting activities from an ancient Japanese castle, where he controls a platoon of various ninja-like warriors including The Five Hidden Killers (dub: The Ultimate Five Assassins), who themselves are known for their stealth and abilities. He has noticeably long white hair and eyebrows with pointy ears and long chin. He wears a short black jacket that reveals his chest and white pants.
Touma Kazamatsuri is a glasses wearing bookworm, with short, messy dark hair. She dislikes her hair in the morning, as it is a bad bedhead. She also seems to have a connection with a hair elastic. Touma also has a collection of plushies, which sit on top of her bookshelf at home. She prefers to be by herself alone in a quiet place, preferably the library. She also dislikes P.E class. Although Touma is easily annoyed by Torako's interference and she seems to dislike Torako on the surface, she is actually a good friend of Torako's, and cares for her (though she tries not to show it). She and Torako made a promise of becoming mutual friends, when they made a visit to the Kamizono Academy and met each other by chance. Touma has an older sister which she often fights with.
Outgoing and usually the instigator of the pack, she is identifiable by the fact that she does not wear a blazer over her shirt and tie like most other characters. She likes to achieve her objectives in a straight-forward manner and doesn't really seem to mind other people's circumstances. Because she was absent during the first few days of school, she was unwittingly assigned as a member of the discipline committee. She has an older brother Kitsune, whom she apparently holds in very low regard, and an older sister Oniyuri. As she does not have a very good relationship with her family, she often runs away from her home. Due to this reason, she and Suzume missed the first few days of school as they were very far away from home on the school opening day. She's Suzume's childhood friend. She's 164cm tall and her three sizes are 81-55-82. Her name contains a kanji of tiger (虎, tora?) and the first kanji letter of her name (上) can be pronounced as 'Ue' (West), thus revealing her name's relationship with White Tiger of the West (白虎). Pantherlily is an Exceed that works for the kingdom of Edoras as the Magic Militia's First Division Commander of the Royal Army. He seems to have a grumpy disposition and detests noisy people. He first appears by demanding that Byro and the hyperactive Hughes quiet down. (Although Sugarboy noted that Pantherlily was in a nastier mood than usual). Pantherlily has shown the ability that all Exceed have, Aera. He wields a huge sword and shows massive strengTogether with Akaoni and Majorina, are the three commanders of Bad End Kingdom. His appearance is that of a panther, hence the name "Pantherlily." A defining feature is his unique laugh of "Uruffufu." At the end of the Edolas arc, Pantherlily is sent to Earthland as well as the rest of the Exceed. There he takes on a small 'chibi' form similar to that of Carla and Happy and takes the role of being Gajeel's cat, resulting in all three Fairy Tail dragon slayers having trademark talking cat companions. While he is in his 'chibi' form most of the time, he can still transform into his humanoid form. He refrains from doing this too often however as it drains a lot of magical power from his body. Cana Alberona is a member of the Fairy Tail guild. Her member stamp is on the lower left portion of her abdomen. She is an attractive woman with a short temper who seems to use a type of card magic. Not much else is known about her magic, but it has been shown that she can use it to track people and for fortune telling. She is always shown drinking some kind of alcohol, usually a giant barrel of ale. It is mentioned that she has a pure heart. She is one of the original members of Fairy Tail and has been part of it since she was a child. She is one of the leading figures of Fairy Tail, commanding the guild in the fight against Phantom Lord. Cana is the daughter of Gildarts Clive.
