She is something of an airhead and has limited intelligence, due to having low processing power to be able to have high combat abilities and emotions. She weighs 48 kilograms, stands at 159cm, and her wing type is stated to be "Not Variable" and "Super Acceleration". She is sent by Synapse to dispose of Tomoki after he violates one of their rules. However, when she is ordered to eliminate Nymph, she breaks off her chain and betrays Synapse, engaging in combat with Chaos. Astraea has been described as having greater battle capabilities than Ikaros, and possesses two equipments: the super-oscillating photon blade 'Chrysaor', and a shield said to surpass the defensive power of Ikaros' 'Aegis', 'Aegis L'. However, unlike 'Aegis', 'Aegis L' is unable to cover every angle possible, only being able to block certain directions at a time, and it covers about half the area of 'Aegis' in terms of angles. Astraea's weak point is that she was made entirely for close-combat, and thus is extremely disadvantaged against opponents with long-range weapons or attacks, as she has no ranged attacks whatsoever.

As a child, she was constantly ill and thus had few friends. She is continually jealous of Tomoki's relationships with the various Angeloids and generally acts on this jealousy by karate-chopping Tomoki; however, she also does it whenever he's being perverted in her presence. She is also in love with Tomoki and her breasts always seem to be getting bigger. Apparently, her dreams may sometimes involve her and Tomoki being together in many different provocative situations, such as being in the bath together, which suggests she actually likes it when Tomoki is perverted. However, she is shown to get angry when he directs his perverted actions to other girls. Her karate chops are capable of ridiculous cutting power, enabling her to chop through pretty much anything.

Since his childhood he's been having a dream of an angel, which he wakes up from crying. At first he is repulsed by the appearance of Ikaros as he sees her wings, but he soon gets used to this, although he has no sexual attraction to Angeloids until he meets Delta. At first, when he sees Ikaros fall from the sky, and fall down in a hole, he looks at her, and runs away, because she was just asking for trouble, and she would just disrupt his "peace of quiet", but runs back to save her, though he gets saved himself by Ikaros. At the end of episode 9 of 1st season of Sora no Otoshimono (Sora no Otoshimono), Ikaros kisses him. At the end of 2nd season of Sora no Otoshimono ( Sora no Otoshimono: Forte ), he almost gets married to Ikaros, after she mistakes what Tomoki wanted to say by saying " We'll stay together forever" as a proposal, telling that to Mikako. When he is in a highly perverted state, he often thinks of "wise" words his grandpa had told him long ago, words of high pervertism. He has his moments of wisdom, especially when in trouble regarding the Angeloids. He is often soft and caring towards Ikaros and Nymph (and Astraea in the manga). He came up with Tomoko just to get with Sohara and Mikako in hotsprings, so he could peek on them. Saki Fujita and Alison Viktorin voice his female counterpart "Tomoko".
Birthday: December 25 Height: 162 cm Weight: 48 kg Sizes: 88-57-85 Species: Angeloid Likes: Petting round things, watermelons, small chickens. She introduces herself as Pet-Class (Translated "Entertainment-Purpose" in the manga) Angeloid type Alpha: "Ikaros". She becomes bonded to Tomoki at the beginning of the story, after saving him when he tried to save her. Ikaros displays a very submissive, melancholic personality, and is completely subservient to Tomoki's wishes. Ikaros possesses the ability to grant seemingly any wish through the use of several techno-magical cards. Despite her passive appearance, Ikaros has displayed moments of aggression when Tomoki's life appears to be in danger. She weighs 48 kilograms, stands at 162cm and her wing type is listed as "Variable". Her "Variable" wings are extremely valuable and are highly desired by the God of Synapse, Minos. Ikaros loves petting round things, especially watermelons, she even has a farm full of them. Even when Tomoki tried to take a watermelon from her to consume it, she refused to give it up and kept it for herself. She begins the series with a poor grasp of human emotion, but after Nymph tries to unlock her memory to make her realize she isn't a "Pet-Class Angeloid". Ikaros' memories on "Self-Repair" is also unlocked and she quickly unlocks the rest of the restraints put upon her, making her weapons and emotions effective. As the story progresses it becomes clear that Ikaros is not merely a "Pet-Class" Angeloid, she is actually a "Battle-Class" Angeloid. After she realises that she is a "killing machine", she tries to keep it a secret from her master Tomoki. She is barely hurt when she is shot, she is capable of flying at Mach 24, and is able to withstand pressure way better than most submarines. In the past, she was called the "Queen of the Skies" and "Uranus Queen", and responsible for throwing Synapse into disorder after she was ordered to by a human due to Mikako causing her to malfunction. She was originally sent to Earth as a weapon of judgment and was responsible for destroying The Tower of Babel. As the series progresses, Ikaros begins to develop her feelings for Tomoki. However, since she is lacking in her emotional aspect, it takes time for her to realize her feelings. Later on, she misunderstands Tomoki's actions and perceives him to be proposing to her during one of Mikako's planned activities and asks the others about it. When she thinks of Tomoki, Ikaros feels a "pain in her reactor". At the end of the eleventh episode when the pain reaches its peak she shuts down, and reboots. When she awakens Nymph discovers she was on the verge of losing her memories. At the end of episode 9 of 1st season, Ikaros kisses Tomoki. At the end of 2nd season of Sora no Otoshimono, after mistaking Tomoki's saying "We'll be together forever." as a proposal, she almost gets married with Tomoki, after telling Mikako.
Birthday: December 25 Height: 139 cm Weight: 29 kg Sizes: 72 - 45 - 68 Species: Electronic Warfare Angeloid Likes: Candy apples The second mysterious angel that descends from the sky who possesses transparent wings shining in seven different colors. She has a selfish personality, and at times, she has a tsundere nature. Nymph was originally sent down to Earth to capture and retrieve Ikaros. Her first attempt at this failed, ending in Ikaros being completely unrestrained from her previous restrainments making her realize she wasn't a mere "Pet-Class Angeloid". Nymph's 2nd attempt never actually found place, since she was repeatedly distracted by Tomoki's attempts to earn money on the Sakura Tree Festival. This, evidently, led to her falling in love with Tomoki, and she decided to stay. Nymph's original master, "The Master Of The Skies" found her passive refusal to proceed with her mission to be a reason to "scrap her", and he sends Gamma to retrieve her. They fail to do so, leaving Nymph with ripped-off wings and an unattached collar, meaning she doesn't have a master anymore. Later she grows them back during their fight with the second generation angeloid Chaos. When Tomoki ordered her not to die, she was so happy that her wings grew back more beautiful than before.
Only member of the New Continent Discovery Club who intends to fly a handmade airplane into the sky to discover this new world floating in the sky. He lives in a tent near a river. He is highly eccentric and has some past involvement with Mikako's family.
Mikako is an upperclassman to Tomoki and Mitsuki and the President of the Student Council. She is Sugata's childhood friend and the heiress of a Yakuza family. She is manipulative, cunning, highly intelligent, and most notably sadistic. Much to the distress of her friends, she forced to take supplementary lessons due to "failing in morals." Like Sugata, she is highly skilled in combat abilities. She demonstrates proficiency with firearms in her dreams, and during a wrestling match she lifts Sugata's entire body with one hand, KOing him with her grip strength of 400 kilograms applied upon his face.
