The cheerful, outgoing title character of the series, she becomes the student council president from her campaign to spread love over the school, passing out condoms in the process. She moves in to Hayato's apartment as his fiancee in an arranged marriage. She is noticeably less serious at "home", slacking off and acting like a dependent, the opposite of a leader, with baby chicks appearing atop her head. Throughout the series she tries to please Hayato romantically and even sexually, knowing very little about how to do so.
O the Bounts, the antagonist race in the Bount arc. Sawatari seems to be the oldest Bount, but this is merely a by-product of his eating habits. He has been consuming living souls for far longer than any other Bount, causing him to age. He wears a black suit, with a light purple garment underneath. When fighting, Sawatari seems to think of his opponents as mere children, similar to Shigekuni Yamamoto-Genryūsai. But he seems to be power-hungry like the rest of his tribe, and wanted to overthrow Kariya as leader of the Bounts.
A serious, intelligent character of the series, he becomes the vice president after losing to Ui Wakana's love campaign and her extroverted personiality. She soon moves into his apartment and informs him that their parents set them up in an arranged marriage when they were 3 while they were drunk. At first, Hayato is opposed to the idea of a boy and girl living together and is upset how the arranged marriage isn't respecting their feelings. He also has trouble initiating kisses or other acts of romance or sexual pleasure. However, it is shown that once he has started, he becomes more sadistic and willing to engage with Ui.
The President born in 1964 and no one in the show knows how this man got elected. The President of Everything is a stout bald man who apparently runs the country Milk lives in (referred to only as "our nation", a subtle reference to the Japanese habit of referring to their country as such instead of using the proper names "Nihon" or "Nippon"). He assigns missions to Milk, but whether she takes them or not is her prerogative. The President proves to be inept and incapable at fulfilling his job, at one point firing his country's best missile on his own country at his own conclusion that his citizens would try to put him in the gullotine or the electric chair. He has short, round arms and he pounds on his desk when talking on the phone. The President likes wine, women, and song but he usually enjoys cheap wine, loose women, and off-key karaoke. He also attracts flies.
She is the glasses-wearing member of the student council, and is shown to be the council's only decent member.
A high school freshman, he is often seen with his partner, Student Council Member B. Both of them were once cornered by a pair of delinquents but were "saved" by Kuniki. Because of that encounter, they are now scared of him.
