OVER is the ruthless third member of "Four Heavenly Kings", the four elite members of Tsuru Tsurulina IV's Hair Hunting corp. (whom also includes Gunkan, Purupu and Halekulani) Unlike many Hair Hunters outside those seen much earlier in the series, OVER takes his job of ripping the hair out of the subjects of the Maruhage Empire extremely seriously and will treat all in his gaze as prey. This harshness for his job includes the treatment of his own teammates, as seen by his scalping of both Gunkan and Kitty Poo after their failures against Bo-bobo and the Hajike rebels. Although OVER can and will attack with little or no notice, he mostly controls his hair hunting activities from an ancient Japanese castle, where he controls a platoon of various ninja-like warriors including The Five Hidden Killers (dub: The Ultimate Five Assassins), who themselves are known for their stealth and abilities. He has noticeably long white hair and eyebrows with pointy ears and long chin. He wears a short black jacket that reveals his chest and white pants.
She is a high school student of Central High School. Her real name is unknown. She is overly conscious with the proximity of high school boys to her and often thinks too hard of what to do to escape the situation. In the train though, she decides to tease boys who happen to stand or seat near her by moving away. The main trio each had a chance encounter with her; all of them subsequently making her feel more conscious about herself. She is an acquaintance of Yassan.
Touma Kazamatsuri is a glasses wearing bookworm, with short, messy dark hair. She dislikes her hair in the morning, as it is a bad bedhead. She also seems to have a connection with a hair elastic. Touma also has a collection of plushies, which sit on top of her bookshelf at home. She prefers to be by herself alone in a quiet place, preferably the library. She also dislikes P.E class. Although Touma is easily annoyed by Torako's interference and she seems to dislike Torako on the surface, she is actually a good friend of Torako's, and cares for her (though she tries not to show it). She and Torako made a promise of becoming mutual friends, when they made a visit to the Kamizono Academy and met each other by chance. Touma has an older sister which she often fights with.

Outgoing and usually the instigator of the pack, she is identifiable by the fact that she does not wear a blazer over her shirt and tie like most other characters. She likes to achieve her objectives in a straight-forward manner and doesn't really seem to mind other people's circumstances. Because she was absent during the first few days of school, she was unwittingly assigned as a member of the discipline committee. She has an older brother Kitsune, whom she apparently holds in very low regard, and an older sister Oniyuri. As she does not have a very good relationship with her family, she often runs away from her home. Due to this reason, she and Suzume missed the first few days of school as they were very far away from home on the school opening day. She's Suzume's childhood friend. She's 164cm tall and her three sizes are 81-55-82. Hange is very passionate and driven in pursuit of new knowledge. She can be seen as very hyperactive, often diving into projects without thought for personal safety (and frightening lots of subordinates in the process), instead preoccupied with observing and documenting the subjects. Some misunderstand these acts and Hange is seen as eccentric and having more than a few screws loose. She also enjoys discussing this research, but as the lectures can be very long and detail-oriented, not many fellow soldiers find them interesting. Hange is often excited by Titans and is always eager to experiment with them, coming off as extremely emotional regarding titans. For example, she cried at the amount of pain being caused to a Titan during experimentation.
