Mayuko is a young girl who follows Takeshi; she is also a Yaka. Whenever Takeshi finds her, it is at night when she is sleeping in a cardboard box which changes location around the city. Mayuko has a pompous personality and will not hesitate to talk bad of Takeshi around others, but she worries about Takeshi a lot. She became a Yaka many years before the story began when she was killed during a house robbery, and has stayed with Takeshi ever since. (Source: Wikipedia)

Takeshi is an older man who is trying to track down Matsuri. When fighting her, he wields a large sword unaffected by Yaka powers with the intention of killing Matsuri and uses ultraviolet lamps to try to immobilize her. His intention to kill her is due to a promise to turn Mayuko back into a human, and if he succeeds then Matsuri's sacrifice will restore Mayuko back to normal. (Source: Wikipedia)

A young man who was not directly involved with any of the main events in the anime. He harbors deep admiration for Ladd, whom he refers to as an "older brother" (or "boss ladd" in the english dub), and can be compared to him insofar as his psychotic, murderous attitude. Graham is obsessed with breaking things, a complex that generally manifests in dismantling cars, but sometimes results in his wanting to "break" other humans as well. He dresses in a blue mechanic's outfit and carries an oversized monkey wrench. Graham also has a peculiar tendency to speak frantically, repetitively, and often philosophizes violently and contradictorily--he will lament about his current state of affairs in the most negative way possible, before changing his mood and suddenly view the same issue in the most positive way possible.

A normal human and the last survivor of a rebellion group. Compared to the rest of the cast, Cruz is mellow and lacks confidence. This nature also causes him to be easily bossed around by Blade and Eve, though he tries to look on the bright side whenever possible. Though he can't fight, he's proven to be useful in battle by analyzing and finding a weakness in enemy techniques. He is often referred to as "Yamada" since Eve couldn't remember his name. Later, he is recognized as a Needless in chapter 100 and turned into a girl in chapter 113.

Aruka is Cruz Schild's older sister. Later in episode 15, she reappears as one of Simeon's Four Strongest. Aruka is a double agent who betrays Zakard and the resistance. She has already been working with Adam Arclight, who gave her the mission to retrieve a data chip from Zakard, before she joins the resistance. Her power is "Agni Shwattas," a high level fire technique.
