The main character of the story. Pam is a kindhearted, somewhat clumsy girl who is not that good at learning, but prides herself on her homework and cooking. Pam is trying her best to become a full-fledged devil with the sole goal of returning to the human world. She has considerable trouble with adapting to the Spirit World and the Pandemonium at first, and seems to be becoming quite fond of the fierce angel Linfa. Since arriving in the Spirit World, Pam has contracted the ferocious storm genie En Zu as her familiar, an arrangement not devoid of conflict. The most prominent female instructor at the devil academy. She is very motherly and takes good care of her students, including Pam. She is known for her rather curvaceous and voluptuous figure, though she is rather rough in her manners. She enjoys drinking alcohol and apparently has some past history with Aregna. Although she usually acts annoyed at his behaviour and calls him names, there have been more than a few hints that she harbors some romantic interest in him. In the past she was an angel. The president of the student council. She is an ex-delinquent and was the one who actually beat up the tiger named bear but gave the credit to Rinon because she wanted to take school seriously. She is later made to take the seat of vice vice vice president after Takamiya took her seat as president.
He is a science teacher at the same school where Honoka and Kagari were studying, he is also a wizard who came from a family of witches and wizards, and he is affiliated with the workshop witches. He specialize in potions and manipulation of dimensional rifts. Though he doesn't hold any contract with the city of Tougetsu, he, however is the one who is in charge of erasing or altering the memories of the residences of Tougetsu City about the witches existence. She is an infamous delinquent in Tougetsu High School, where is is known as "Bear Killer Rinon," she led a band of fellow delinquents in furry attires to cause havoc in school and to challenge Honoka to a fight on the notion that he did a lot of bad things to the ex student council president ( not knowing that she was being tricked by the latter), however Kagari , together with the Ivory Quintet interfered and defeated her. She is also a workshop witch who only answer to Kazane. In the manga, she bleeds from her scar on her forehead when angered.
