Friend of both Arusu and Sheila, she is a friendly witch with a small amount of power. A spell to stop her growth was cast on her and Sheila for their failure to keep the sprites from escaping from their holding facility. Though neither Sheila nor Arusu consider her a burden because she has weak magic, her actions in the season shows that she thought of herself as weak and will constantly go out of her way (and abilities) to make herself more useful, often getting into trouble. Her magic becomes stronger later in the series.
At the beginning of the series, Judy is an orphan who grew up in the John Grier orphanage. Late, an anonymous benefactor,"John Smith" decides to send her to college as long as she writes him letters telling him about her school life.
Satsuki is Jinpachi's younger sister. She is an expert of the naginata. After Nanaka rescues her (accidentally), she calls Nanaka Oneesama (a polite term for older sister, means "my respected lady"). Abel is German and works as the Pierrot of the Troupe, in charge of comedy and laughter. He wears clown make-up while on stage, and performs all kinds of amusing antics such as juggling, acrobatics, and standing on a large ball. Even though he is the Pierrot, Abel can be very serious and wise at times. He is a very well educated man, somewhat of a scholar and mentor figure; he helps Nadja to look for books in libraries and reads her mother's diary, which is written in German, a language Nadja does not know since she has been raised in England. Behind Abel's Pierrot make-up lies a sad past and a family he had to leave behind; he was the doctor of an impoverished village, but spent a time in jail after stealing medicine from an hospital to save his patients from an epidemy and had to abandon his family after his release, since his son Stefan had the illness and was left in a wheelchair. Elena entered the organization at the same time as Clare and was her closest friend during training; however, while she started her missions later than Clare, she overused her Yoma energy, resulting in her gradually losing control. When she finally felt the Yoma taking over her, she resorted to sending her Black Card to Clare. She was subsequently slain by Clare.
Toori is the Head of Musashi Ariadust Academy's Supreme Federation and President of the student council. His athletics and grades are average, and he's both self and publicly recognized as an incompetent leader. However, because he doesn't know the meaning of depressed and has an incredibly cheerful attitude, he's very respected nonetheless. He knows a lot of strip jokes, and often plays the fool. (Source: ANN) Toori made a contract with Asama Shrine shortly after Horizon's death. The contract allows him to "share everything he owns to anybody else" (with exception of sadness, which counts as a corruption of the contract and he will die as a result of this). This contract was immediately sealed afterwards, and was only reactivated more recently. When Toori gains the 1/4th governance status in Musashi as a Viceroy, he is given the authority to use 1/4th of the fuel of Divine State of Musashi. Since he can share everything he owns with everyone, he can provide an almost endless energy supply for Toori's comrades, improving their abilities to the fullest. Although he's generally accepted as a fool, Toori proves on more than one occasion that he is a cunning leader (being able to put Masazumi in a pinch in their debate duel or motivating his crew in his own special way). Behind his cheerful attitude he is broken inside and feels guilty, being the one responsible for Horizons death, even after 10 years.
