One of the dragons of Heaven, a fourteen-year-old schoolgirl descended from the keepers of Mitsumine Jinja, masters of inugami (dog-spirits), Yuzuriha is exceedingly energetic, often diffusing latent tension between Kamui and the rest of the Ten no RyÅ«. Yuzuriha is attended by her own personal inugami, Inuki, who can transform into anything she desires and who only others with occult powers can see. She was teased throughout much of her childhood as her classmates believed Inuki was her imaginary friend. Because of this, Yuzuriha made a vow that she would never fall in love with (or even date) a man who could not see Inuki. However, the first person outside of her family that she meets who can see Inuki is ShiyÅ« Kusanagi—a Dragon of Earth. Yuzuriha falls in love with Kusanagi, regardless of their conflicting fates. In Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle In Edonis country, she's a player who's paired up with Kusanagi Shiyuu. In Tokyo, she's one of the seven fighters of the Tower faction.
Haruka's younger sister, She initially sees both Takayuki and Mitsuki as older siblings until she finds out they have been seeing each other behind Haruka's back. While Haruka is in the hospital, she visits every day since there is no one else that can keep her company, even if Haruka is in a coma. This shows just how much she loves her older sister. She, like Mitsuki, is a powerful swimmer in her own right, but feels as if she can never match Mitsuki. Her intense hatred towards Mitsuki after the accident can be attributed to the feeling of personal betrayal by someone she considered an idol for throwing away her (Mitsuki's) talent and dreams as well as Mitsuki's betrayal of her sister by her sexual relationship with Takayuki. Tamaki is also childhood friends with both Konomi and Takaaki the two see her as an older sister. She left them when they were both children, having to go to an all-girls boarding school. Her promise to come back to Takaki in the final year of high school is what prompted her to leave her boarding school. She is very confident and comes from a rich family. She is well versed in traditional Japanese arts and traditions, yet still is a modern girl in her own right. In her group consisting of Konomi, Takaaki and Yuuji (Tamaki's younger brother), she is the strong and dominant personality and is acts as the older-sister figure. She often addresses herself as "Tama-oneechan".

Wendy found her as an egg and they have been together ever since. They are very close and Carla sees it as her duty to protect Wendy from danger. Charlés is actually a magical creature, called Exceed, that comes from the world Edolas. The official reason for the Baby-Exceed to be sent to Earthland is to kill the Dragon Slayers. As it turns out, the real reason was to protect them from the destruction of Edolas and the Exceed-kingdom of Extalia. It is also later discovered that she is the Exceed's princess, daughter of Queen Shagotte and as such she possesses the same power as her mother: prevision. Due to that, she always knew of the pretense mission of the Exceed in Earthland and believed it to be her actual mission; to kill Wendy. This causes her a lot of stress and psychological pain during the Edolas arc. Her personality is strict and straight. She disapproves of fooling around. Towards Happy she is very cold at the beginning but starts to soften over time. Especially during the Edolas arc has their relationship improved.

When Mirajane was an S-class mage, she was known as "The Demon." However, due to a past incident involving the death of her younger sister, Lisana, Mirajane somehow lost much of her magical ability and her will to fight. Given the recent event of Elfman regaining his lost abilities and Mirajane's increased confidence, Mirajane may someday regain her abilities and move forward with her life. Mirajane plays a motherly role within the guild, and is often seen running the bar at the guild hall. She has rarely been shown to be in a bad mood, and can tolerate all of the guild's eccentricities. However, there have been a couple events that have disturbed Mirajane, including her discovery of the stealing of an S-Class job by Natsu, Happy and Lucy, and her later disappointment with Laxus following the destruction of the guild building. Takaaki is the main male character. Takaaki is childhood friends with Konomi and sees her as a younger sister. In the anime, it is noted that he has an aversion to most girls save for Konomi and Tamaki, mainly because of their childhood friendship. He is a kind young man who, despite his shy nature around girls, is often very kind to them when the situation arises.
