Mercury is the sixth and final goddess to be introduced and is the youngest of the Jupiter Sisters, who is confirmed to reside within Ayumi. Mercury has a very detached personality that can sometimes be misunderstood as absolute indifference. Her personality is sometimes misunderstood because she tends to deal with the problems of others as if they are trivial things not worthy of her attention, even if said problems affect her as well. Mercury is not completely devoid of emotion, however, since she does worry about Ayumi whenever Ayumi feels troubled and even immediately apologizes if she faces admonishment, providing that she understands that she is initially at fault.

Dante is the main antagonist of the first anime adaptation. She is the former lover of Hohenheim, and has used Philosopher's Stones to transfer her soul to new bodies for around four hundred years. She leads the homunculi, either creating them herself, or finding them after they are created, and uses them to create conflicts in the hope of having a desperate alchemist create a new stone for her. She first appears as an elderly woman, who is the former alchemy teacher of Izumi Curtis. She fakes her death at the hands of Greed, and later reveals herself to have transferred her soul to the body of her student Lyra, a young girl who had wished to become a State Alchemist. Mr. Suehiro is a potter and Seiji's mentor whom he is currently staying with. He is depicted as hardworking and calm, and may possibly be the father of Chibi-san. Apparently, he immigrated to Nantucket from the Kagoshima Prefecture in Japan.

Chibi-san is a young, mysterious little girl whose whole purpose in the story and exactly who she is has not been revealed yet. It is unknown whether or not her real name is "Chibi-san" and whether or not she is the daughter of Mr. Suehiro. She appears mischievous, but energetic and innocent. Her hobby and favourite pastime is drawing.
