Anne d'Autriche is the Queen of France. She was born in Madrid, daughter of Philippe III of Spain and Marguerite of Austria. Her marriage with the king Louis XIII is the continuation of a long arrangement aiming to bringing closer France and Spain putting an end to centuries of conflicts. For this reason she is not really in love with her husband. She moreover is hated by Richelieu who never approved of this marriage and who constantly is suspicious, blaming her of espionage. Her feelings belong to the Duke of Buckingham, even if their love can never be shown openly.

Attempting to create false information is impossible, since she can extract her target's purest memories. The information she collects is highly useful in exposing weaknesses and secrets, especially in finding out the opponent's nen ability or in situations requiring some form of extortion or blackmail. Her ability can also be used to see the recent past of an object. She also has the ability to share her memories by shooting them into another person's head using a revolver and conjured nen bullets called "Memory Bombs". This is not a combat ability, and does no damage. If she shoots a Memory Bomb into the person from whom the memories were read, those memories are erased permanently.
Meito Anizawa, also known as Anime Tenchou, is the manager of the Animate shop that Konata regularly visits; he was originally the mascot of Animate. He and his staff consider Konata their most valued customer known as "Legendary Girl A" and go to great lengths to sell to her. Their attempts usually fail miserably. His appearance is heavily stylized compared to the other characters, and he is known for his hot-blooded yelling and highly energetic movements and poses. Squala is one of Neon Nostrade's bodyguards. During the job interview for new hires, he was one of the two moles planted alongside the applicants in order to test their strength. Although Squala has been one of Neon's bodyguards for many years, he does not have a Hunters License. He is also in a romantic relationship with Eliza, one of Neon's female attendants.
