This is shown most strongly in "Teardrops of a Saint." Locke leads a solitary life. He uses his powers to "waka-gaeri," or make himself younger. Perhaps this helps him remain young at heart in the face of his incredible age. Despite his great power and influence, Locke exemplifies that which is most human and noble in the story.

Some NetNavis have speed, others have power, but Protoman has both. Cool and unbeatable, his special power is expert swordsmanship.
