Yota (ヨタ, Yota) was a young child from an unknown clan with mysterious powers of weather manipulation. Yota was born into a traveling clan who could manipulate weather and use their skills to make a living. Five years before the start of the series, Yota died at a young age of natural causes due to his frailty yet was later reincarnated by Orochimaru as a test subject in his research on Impure World Reincarnation. Sent to Konohagakure on Orochimaru's command, Yota met Ch�ji Akimichi, Shikamaru Nara, and Ino Yamanaka when they came looking for Ch�ji's kunai set, which after being thrown pinned Yota to a tree. The crying Yota caused a downpour that ultimately collapsed the tree and freed him. Soon afterwards, Yota introduced himself to the young Konoha children as they decide not to tell the adults about him as there was already tension between Konohagakure and the other nations. They instead give Yota shelter in a makeshift tree-house and bring him food at a regular basis. Eventually, after meeting Kiba Inuzuka, his dog Akamaru, and Sakura Haruno whom he took a liking to, Yota started acting bold from appearing in the village to playing a small prank on Sasuke Uchiha. Around this time, Yota met Naruto Uzumaki while he was whistling and became friends with him while asking him to teach him how to whistle. However, despite having a good time with his new friends, things changed when Yota decided to hide with Naruto during a game of hide and seek. Mistaking Naruto telling him to hide elsewhere as a sign of dislike, Yota ran off while causing his presence to be known to the Konoha ANBU as they capture him for interrogation with Naruto and the others hatching a scheme to save Yota. After saving Yota, the group reached a very steep river and tries to cross it, but Naruto, Shikamaru, and Ch�ji were washed away by the strong current only to be saved by Yota, who failed to resurface after the incident. They later find Yota seemingly on the verge of death as he gives the group his goodbyes while erasing their memories of him. Not wanting his friends to be put on danger once more, Yota leaves Konohagakure and lives out the remainder of his manipulation in loneliness before ending up under the thrall of Orochimaru's spy and right-hand man Kabuto Yakushi. The Demon World's leader, who sends Nora off to the Human World for "obedience lessons". Though being evil is her full-time job, the Dark Liege never neglects her beauty regimen. She often changes from her monstrous true form, which some readers didn't realize was that the liege was female, to her "smokin' hottie" human form and back with out warning or purpose. She's also known as, according to Kazuma, "old big and busty". Several characters have called her "Her Vain Highness". As for Nora, he refers to her as "ugly". The Dark Liege is often shown to be willing, even eager, to provide fan service as well. This is shown in her various phone calls to Kazuma Magari to check up on him and Nora. The Dark Liege used to be the master of the previous Cerberus Deigree. Her magical weapon is a longsword, as shown when she was engaged in battle with Fall.

Kidomaru is the spider-like member of the Sound Four; he possesses four extra arms, has the ability to make webs, and even possesses a third eye. Kidomaru's webbing is made of a special type of liquid that is created by infusing body liquid with chakra, making it as strong as steel. Kidomaru can create a stronger, golden webbing called Spider Sticky Gold that hardens upon contact with oxygen to metal-like quality. Bisuke (ビスケ; English TV "Biscuit") is a ninken and a summoning of Kakashi Hatake. He bears an uncanny resemblance to Gaara with a kanji imprinted on his head and dark rings around his eyes. However, where Gaara has the kanji for "love" (愛, ai), Bisuke has the kanji for "shinobi" (�). (Naruto wiki)
Hizashi Hyuuga was a member of the Hyuuga Clan. He was the father of Neji Hyuuga, the younger twin brother of Hiashi Hyuuga, and the uncle of Hinata and Hanabi Hyuuga. Hizashi's brother, Hiashi, was supposed to die as punishment for killing a shinobi from the Thunder Country (for kidnapping his daughter, for the byakugun). Hizashi decided that, while he resented how the family was set up, it would be best for him to die, and so he disabled his brother and offered himself. This is part of the basis for Neji's resentment.
