Shouta Mikoshiba is the captain of the First Unit of the Tokkei, with a success rate of 100%. He's not only skilled, but also wise and cunning. His weapon is a Colt M1911. In fact, Shouta carries a deep scar after killing his captain Sakurazawa Tokio, who while being the closest person to Shouta, went nuts and started a massacre killing both criminals and innocent people. Sakurazawa deeply wounded Shouta but before Shouta lost consciousness, he shot Sakurazawa to death. Shouta often dreams about that moment. Despite being the best in Tokkei, Shouta dislikes his job and dislikes the current state of affairs in the Empire. He hates being called 'dolls' and is a lot more compassionate than he seems. A few years ago Shouta was forced by his old friend Hasui Tamao to live together (more like Tamao moved in). Due to Hasui's strong hatered for Tokkei, Shouta was never able to uncover his secrets. However, later on Hasui's kidnapped by criminals demanding they need Mikoshiba Shouta. Shouta and Clown rescue Hasui but that leaves Shouta at his limit (having endangered those close to him because of his job), Shouta shows Tamao the horrible truth and moves out and cuts all ties with Hasui. Later, after some series of events, Shouta realizes he has to protect his fellow Tokkei members even if he becomes the devil himself and sacrifices himself as the one that would put end to the current regime. Hasui's brainwashed and made to shoot Shouta who dies in his hands. Tokkei's disbanded, everything's become calm now. In the additional comic it is shown that Sakurazawa's twin brother Tokiya tends to the badly wounded Shouta who can barely walk right now, and both seem happy, living somewhere far far away. Shouta send Hasui (who broke down mentally and is now at the clinic) a note "One day under that sakura tree" making Hasui cry.

He is the main character of the manga. He's shy and does not wants to kill anyone. He has firecrackers as his starter weapon.

Shouma is Kazuma's younger brother. He's also a student at Kumaneko High School. He's very popular among the girls at school. Though due to his cold and rude attitude, they call him "Ice Prince". Shouma originally didn't believe that Fumino is a girl. He finally believes it after seeing her underwear. He once tried to bribe or supposedly give Fumino money to live comfortably until she graduates, in exchange for leaving Kazuma. However, she smacks it away and called him an idiot for thinking that she will leave him for money. Despite being brothers, Shouma and Kazuma have different mothers, but they do talk to each other in polite terms. Since Kazuma had left the family, Shouma had to take over his responsibilities. He also insults Kazuma for becoming a teacher, claiming it's below his social status. Apparently, he doesn't know when Kazuma's birthday is, which shocked Fumino. He goes on to tell her that it isn't celebrated in the Ojiro household. He loves his brother very dearly although he doesn't really like to show it. (Source: Wikipedia)
