His nickname is derived from his height ("chibi" means "small" or "short"), he is a timid crybaby, speaks with a cracked voice, and is often beaten up by the rest of the Gang of Four. He is often together with Kakugari. He also has buck teeth like that of a beaver's (though his nameless Manga counterpart did not have this).
Megure Juuzou, commonly referred to as Inspector Megure, is a Police Inspector (Rank 6) in Division 1 of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. He is almost always there on the scene when a murder occurs, always interviewing the suspects, and acting as the commanding officer of the group of police he brings along with him, among them Takagi Wataru, Satou Miwako, Shiratori Ninzaburou and Chiba. Megure is a capable veteran officer who cares much for his underlings, but he is prone to occasional shouting fits whenever something does not go right or when his temper gets the better of him. He also has little patience for fools, but tends to be a bit too conservative, limiting his ability for flexible thinking. Shortly after Megure had come to the police force, he was involved in a case in which he would meet his future wife, Midori. As a result of the case, he has taken to wearing a hat in public in order to hide a scar which he gained and his own self-consciousness about how he came to his marriage. Megure was also a good friend of star detective story novelist Kudou Yuusaku, and would in the past consult him about one case or another. On many such occasions, Yuusaku would take his son Shinichi with him, who would pick up his father's investigative skills and eventually become a detective in his own right. After Shinichi solved their first mutual case for him, he has regularly consulted him in difficult cases and considered him a great help. In stark contrast to this, he tends not to think much of Conan and the Detective Boys, usually thinking of them as a nuisance until they solve the ongoing case for him. Likewise, from their common police days, he has no high regard for Kogorou, and he thinks that he may actually be under some kind of jinx, since wherever Kogoro shows up, there is always some murder case nearby (a fact which actually conforms to Conan, which in later cases he seems to have realized). In some anime originals, Megure has the habit of trying to tell the culprit about the morals of doing wrong, which he rarely does in the manga series.
Mr. Mole is, as he says, a humble thief, and not even a very good one. He makes his first appearance in the series when he knocks Hitomi down and tries to steal her pendant. He later follows the gang around Palace and Freid and is to be seen hiding for the purposes of eavesdropping and theft. (Source: Wikipedia)
One of the most dedicated members of the investigation team. Little else is known of him. He remains mostly silent. This silence is marked when he refuses to answer Near's questions about the Japanese Investigative Team, even when he is clearly affected by the theories that Near was presenting to him. Later on, he is one of the first members who begins to warm to Near's theory that Light is Kira. He is also shown to be an excellent actor, showing an excitement and cheeriness completely opposite of his usual demeanor. In the first arc, Mogi acts as Misa's manager (as Kankichi Moji) after Matsuda's faked death. Misa gives him the nickname of "Mochi," based on the alias. In the second arc, Mello demands meeting Mogi in order to investigate about Kira, and tricks Mogi into meeting Near at the SPK headquarters. Mogi is then held hostage by Near until Aizawa arrives to rescue him. (Source: Wikipedia)
Zhiyu Moke is 14 years old and 150 cm tall. Moke is a genius with an IQ of 168. Even though he always wears an innocent and warming smile, he is actually the most Otaku of all Otaku. By starting threats in forums, editing, and uploading MVs, he is seen as a "god" by some people on the internet. He is sometimes mistaken as a girl and even though he claims he hates it, there are rumors of a popular cross-dressing cosplayer appearing in various comic conventions who looks very similar to him, however, the truth is still unknown. Because he usually doesn't talk frequently, most people will take him as a "nice boy", but he will reveal his true Otaku self when he is with close friends. He acts somewhat like a professional debater when talking about anime or other Otaku topics, but tends to react poorly to subjects that do not interest him. The winged creature is Fei (绯), Moke's companion. Fei is 20 cm tall along with a wingspan of 60 cm, and is 500 years old. He is usually white, but turns red when angered. He often argues with Moke, and is quite childish. He transforms into Moke's wing-like keyboard. (from Vocaloid Wiki)
