Mutio is a water creature created by Zorndyke. Her species is often referred to as the nereids (not to be confused with the mythological Nereids of ancient Greece). Due to their internal organ structure and design, they cannot speak, but each has a very high level of intelligence. The nerieds are Zorndyke's ultimate Unigumo pilots. They live in shallow areas of the ocean and are programmed for strict obedience, even to the point of suppressing their own feelings. Mutio is saved by Hayami early in the series when her fighter crashes and she almost dies. This confuses her due to Hayami being "the enemy." In return, she later saves Hayami when he is in trouble. She also cares for him, and feeds him when he is stranded at one point.
A 6th grade student and the Elementary School Board Chairman. The youngest son of the Imonoyama zaibatsu, the founders of Clamp School, he has inherited the family fondness of doing absurd things just for the sake of doing them. Nokoru has one of the top IQs in a school full of geniuses and NASA has been vying for the mind of the elementary schooler. He also has the unique ability to detect a lady in distress from two kilometers away. For this reason, he established the Clamp School Detective Agency, although this was also an incentive to get out of his Chairman duties. He is also the only one out of the three young detectives that doesn't play a sport.

A flamboyant playwright whose works have not been well-received by audiences. He's nicknamed "Willy" by his actors and stagehands; although he often nags at them, he himself is not very punctual at completing his scripts. The character itself is a caricature of William Shakespeare, and there are several allusions to the work of his namesake in his own plays. His mother is the prestigious noblewoman Ariel, leader of the Farnese Clan. He was instrumental for building public awareness to the Red Whirlwind's revival as he authored and mentored the resistance members to re-enact Juliet's story. The audience gained empathy for her plight and were more than willing to join her because of it. William's theater also serves as home and hideout for Juliet and her companions; according to him, one of the reasons why he accepted this task was his wish to write a wonderful blood-stained tragedy, with the Capulets as a part of his inspiration. He also knows that Juliet is deeply and painfully in love, calling her "the maiden who gave up on love" and wants to make a tragedy where both lovers die, which not only causes Juliet to tense up but also refers to the play. Captain Hina (ヒナ大� Hina Taisa) is an officer in the Marines, and the object of both Jango's and Fullbody's affections. She has received the nickname "Hina the Black Cage" because of her Ori Ori no Mi ability, which allows her to form restraints on people by swiping her limbs through them. Hina has a tendency to speak in the third person, though this only seems to add to her attractiveness for her subordinates. She is a long-time friend of Commodore Smoker, joining the Marines at the same time as him, and helping him get out of situations where Smoker could have been fired. (Source: One Piece Wikia)
