He doesn't seem to have a name but Kirihito once referred to him as "Man with a scar on the right side of his neck." He rapes and kills Tazu, and later tries to exploit Urabe and Izumi's fake engagement for profit.

He attacks both Ayame and Ryoma but Kayo rescues them. He looks similar to Kiheiji in his real form, but looks like bluish flame when he utilizes his genjutsu (illusion magic) to attack. Is killed by Ayame in the movie, but is killed by Sakon in the OVA.

He is extremely quick and this makes him a tough adversary for Ayame. Sakon intervenes and is almost killed by him. Has yellow hair, white skin, and uses a staff with a blade to attack. Is eventually killed by Sakon.

A headstrong ninja who has a good sense of right and wrong. He witnesses his father die during the invasion of Hagakure-no-Sato, as well as his sister, who is killed by Jinnai Saegusa, one of the seven Oboro Ninja. He is also forced to kill Kayo, whom he has developed a crush on. Wields the Spear of Sorcery.

The adversary of the main characters. He "simply the governor of a small region like Owari." But, as is revealed during the showdown between Mori Ranmaru and Ayame in the third part of the OVA series, "Flames of Anger", Ranmaru gave him control of the Host of Oboro and the power of the "black demon god." He rules over the host of Oboro, the three-headed monster (who destroys Ayame, Sakon, and Ryoma's villages). At the end he becomes the "black demon god", but is vanquished by the combined efforts of Ayame, Sakon, and Ryoma and their respective Swords of Sorcery. Oda didn't know he was Oboro. He was killed by Ayame, Sakon, and Ryoma.

Kayo's older brother, and leads Iga into the war. He tries to kill his sister when her body is possessed by the Masago.
