Jinpachi Munashi (無梨甚八, Munashi Jinpachi) was a former member of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist of Kirigakure. Utilising the unique "explosion" sword Shibuki, Jinpachi intuitively combined expert swordsmanship with destructive explosions, due to the significant quantity of explosive tags incorporated into the platform-like edge. Once these tags detonate an integrated scroll deposits another set along the same edge, allowing the sword to be used consecutively. However, the capabilities of this weapon do not come without risk, as the user themselves can potentially be caught in the resultant blast but Jinpachi's skill is such that this does not occur. Yugito Nii is a kunoichi from Kumogakure. When she was two years old, she became the Jinchūriki of the Two-Tailed Monster Cat. She was captured by Hidan and Kakuzu.
Ameyuri Ringo (林檎雨由利, Ringo Ameyuri) is one of the former members of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. Ameyuri was very skilled at utilising the Kiba, twin swords imbued with lightning, which are claimed to be the sharpest sword that were made, having the ability to cut through anything, by apparently functioning in a similar manner to Lightning Release-based chakra flow which she wielded with great dexterit. In the anime, it was shown that Ameyuri uses the Kiba in combination with agile spinning movements, sweeping through her targets while rotating around herself, hitting all enemies around her. Mei Terumi is the Fifth Mizukage and the leader of Kirigakure. As Mizukage, her word holds sway over all political and military issues that present themselves regarding Kirigakure and its inhabitants. She became Mizukage in recent years, after the dreadful reign of Yagura ended. Mei is a slender, young woman in her thirties. She has ankle-length, auburn hair styled into a herringbone pattern at the back, a top-knot tied with a dark-blue band, and with four bangs at the front. Two bang are short, with one covering her right eye, and two are long, crossing each other on her chest, just below her chin. Her eyes are light green. She dresses in a long-sleeved dark-blue dress, that falls just below the knees. It seems to be closed at the front with a zip and is kept open on the front-right side from the waist down. The dress only covers up to the upper part of her upper arms and the underside of her breasts. Underneath, she wears a mesh shirt that covers more of her upper body than her dress, but stops short of covering her shoulders and still leaving a sizable cleavage. She also wears shorts in the same colour as dress and, underneath those, mesh leggings reaching down over her knees. Around her waist, she wears a belt with a pouch attached to the back on the left.
Mito Uzumaki (����ミト, Uzumaki Mito) was a kunoichi who originated from Uzushiogakure's Uzumaki clan and later married into Konohagakure's Senju clan. Tayuya (多由也) is a kunoichi of Orochimaru's Sound Four. Personality Tayuya is foul-mouthed towards most people, especially Jirobo, calling him "fatty", as he criticized her over it. She didn't think much of Shikamaru Nara as a leader, but as a weak, useless rat, who ran away when she used her Doki to attack him. Of the Sound Four, Tayuya was the only member to show a sense of morality, as she berated Shikamaru for sacrificing his teammates to bring back one person who voluntarily left. Involvement in Plot Invasion of Konoha arc: Tayuya made her first appearance with the rest of the Sound Four, erecting a barrier to keep others from interfering in Orochimaru's fight with the Third Hokage. She later escorted Orochimaru when he fled. Sasuke Retrieval arc: The Sound Four escorted Sasuke Uchiha when he decided to join sides with Orochimaru. When Team Shikamaru caught up with the Sound Four, they managed to take the barrel Sasuke was being carried in from her. While trying to take it back, she was confronted by Kimimaro, who threatened to kill her if she didn't deal with some of the Konoha ninja. She fought Shikamaru, but was repeatedly outmatched by his superior intellect. When she started relying on brute strength, she was almost able to kill him, but Temari arrived, and killed her first. Fourth Shinobi World War: Confrontation In the anime, Tayuya was reincarnated by Kabuto Yakushi along with her Sound Four teammates during the Fourth Shinobi World War. She was able to fight against Shikamaru again. Despite losing even when her body was enhanced by her summoner, Tayuya quickly reconstructed herself and cast the Space–Time Technique Formula: Underworld Turnover to teleport herself and Shikamaru to another location where her comrades have brought their opponents to. They continue their battles with their enemies, switching opponents while Shikamaru comes up with an analysis. Tayuya reveals that even their defeats will not release the barrier. The Sound Four overwhelm the Konoha shinobi with the hatred they hold for them. Taking advantage of this, Shikamaru continues to bait their hate to lure Naruto to the barrier and break them free. Tayuya and her comrades decide to fight against Naruto, but were defeated before their souls return to the afterlife.
