A normal high school student who wishes to become a professional wrestler. One day, a robot named Iczel confronts Nagisa and urges her to help save the world from invading aliens. Although at first, she refused, Nagisa had no choice but to merge with Iczel to become an Iczelion (イクセリオン, Ikuserion). She struggles at first because she does not want to hold the responsibility of being an Iczelion and saving the world, but later realizes that she must protect those she cares about, giving her the strength to become an Iczelion and fight to save the Earth. She can enter Burst Acceleration Mode for a brief period of time.

Yokokawa's ex-girlfriend, she meets the Oni-baku at the Valentine's Day Parade and takes a ride in their modified Koenig. She takes an interest in Eikichi and asks him to save her from Yokokawa. Eikichi is later scared off upon meeting her three children, all of whom bear a striking resemblance to Yokokawa. Stepsister of Koutaro that awakens slowly with her adult body whose interest, but at the same time it looks just as perverse. Nagisa works like her mother and her brother in the business.

Nagisa is an ordinary schoolgirl who gets sucked into the battle between the Cthulhu and Iczer-1. It begins with Iczer-1 whispering her name in her dreams. That day, she encounters a strange, pointy-eared blonde (Iczer-1) on the way to school, who disappears before she can point her out to her friend. From there, things only get weirder, as she suffers what she believes are hallucinations in class, and is accosted by her classmates on the roof of her school, all wearing strange masks with eyes in the mouths. Strong emotions are usable by the Cthulhu and Iczer-1 as a power source. Nagisa is a very emotional girl, and therefore her emotions could be harnessed into a powerful weapon. This is demonstrated when she is incorporated into the Iczer Robo and becomes enraged over the deaths of her parents. This turbo-charges the robot with enough energy to kill Cobalt.
