Mafuyu is the younger sister of Takashi. She faced so much trouble after getting caught with Sae in her relationship that she moved in with her brother. She is currently a student attending a new school.

Sono is Taiyou's roommate at Kazami Dormitory. The son of a famous Japanese ikebana (floral arrangement) master, Sono is at the dorm after leaving home following a quarrel with his father over what he believes are his father's strict rules about floral art. Initially unapproachable and moody, he soon warms up to Taiyou's incessant cheerfulness and the two become friends. Taiyou admires Sono's knowledge of flowers and persuades him to join the Bee Bee Company. Sono also works at Atelier Hinata. Taiyou coined the name "Black Kirihara" after mistaking Sono's younger brother for him, noting their opposing personalities.

In high school Sono confessed to her longtime friend Sato, but was rejected. She follows her to Tokyo and even though she has found someone else she genuinely likes, she has not got over Sato…

Sona Yuki is a boy traveling with his family. They are attacked by bandits and his entire family is murdered and he is left with a snake mark on his hand. After being saved by Garami he has to follow her in order to pay back the debt of having his life saved. Sona is bighearted and doesn't seem to know much about the world he's living in.
