Kibano is one of the many people who tried to learn Genkai's techniques. He fought Yusuke in the fourth test and compensated for his poor (on par with Yusuke's) spirit awareness by wearing a special helmet that blocked out his senses of hearing, sight, and smell to enhance these abilities. He can increase the size of his arm muscles and is very skilled at physical techniques. Yusuke beat him with his Spirit Gun by placing Genkai's discarded cigarette on his belt to use as a marker.

First appearance: Battle 32 Age: 18 Type: Dou Type: Katsujin Ken Martial Arts: Koppou Tsuji Shinnosuke (nicknamed "Shaggy Hair" by Kenichi) first appears in Battle 24 as an ambitious rival of Kisara's, often getting into arguments with other members about who was stronger. Though he has few techniques, his fighting experience without any particular fighting style more than made up for it during his first fight with Kenichi. Tsuji had hoped to one day lead a gang stronger than Ragnarok but his dreams were crushed by Kenichi. He initially had hordes of men as followers, but after he was beaten by Kenichi's unintentional sneak attack, he lost all but two of them. Tsuji was angry at Kenichi at first, but calmed down when his two remaining followers stated that they stuck by him because he was their friend. He grows a bit of respect for Kenichi, informing him of Takeda's impending punishment at the hands of Ragnarok and warning him of Hermit. Following his defeat by Kenichi, Tsuji goes into the mountains to train. He finds a master, a large old man wearing a bear skin over his head that stretched down to his legs who decided to teach Tsuji his martial arts under the condition that Tsuji has to leave the mountains when he finishes his training. Tsuji comes back from his training in the mountains to return to Ragnarok, and immediately heads over to Kisara's headquarters to challenge her. However, he is more than surprised to find out that Ragnarok has disbanded and Shinpaku Alliance now holds it. Losing the initial purpose of his training, he decides to seek out Kenichi again to defeat him in a rematch. While he fights Kenichi in Ryozanpaku, Tsuji demonstrates a tremendous increase in skill, though his punches are still slow enough for Kenichi to dodge. Nonetheless, he was able to obtain a victory over Kenichi, ironically by means of an opportune attack when Kenichi looked away, similar to how he was defeated by Kenichi. He then runs away refusing a rematch saying that he's going to hold onto the victory for the rest of his life and never fight Kenichi again. According to Akisame, the style Tsuji uses is possibly over a thousand years old and is one of the oldest Japanese styles of Koppou and revolved around the Kanji 昒, which means talent or skill to understand a clever technique in little time in contemporary Japanese and "core" in ancient Japanese. For practitioners, the difference between those who knew the "core" and those who didn't was in their understanding. Tsuji's way of Koppou was a little different from how it is used in regular styles.

A boar-like chimera who was initially one of Kimblee's bodyguards, but deserted and joined Scar instead.

The son of the owner of Ookawa's wine shop. He receives strict upbringing from his parents. He's attracted to Chizuru. Later, he also gets bitten by Chizuru and becomes a Shiki. As a shiki who was freed from his father's imposing presence, Atsushi soon became intoxicated with his new right to kill humans. When his father knows of his allegiance with the Kirishiki family, he resolves to join with Ozaki Toshio to bring an end to the Shiki and punishes his son. In retaliation against Toshio's murder of Chizuru, Atsushi breaks into Toshio's house and kill his mother. Soon later, he was found out by his father and staked to death by him.

Aria is part of the Element 4 group as well as it strongest member. He is a very large man that towers over the other members. Despite his large appearance he seems to cry a lot. Aria's magic is called Drain which drains it's opponent of his or her magic power. Once it's drained it floats in the air and eventually disappears. The greater the magic power of the opponent the more damage Drain causes. His power is so great that he has to keep his eyes closed to contan it and only opens them for the strongest of opponents. Android #14 is a large grayish/bluish android with a braided ponytail. He is almost completely silent; the only word he utters is "Goku", presumably to emphasize the fact that his sole purpose is to kill Goku. However in, the English dub of the movie, he does have a few more lines than in the original Japanese dub. One instance is his fight with Trunks where he says "Little boys shouldn't play with knives..."(meaning Trunks' sword). He was sliced in half by Future Trunks, which caused him to explode. After his defeat, two of his parts were absorbed by #13. Only the fact that an Android #14 was created and subsequently destroyed was mentioned in the manga.

Along with Mars, Vulcan once held the title of the Empire's strongest before Casshern, Dio, and Leda were born. Wanting to keep that title even in ruin, Mars and Vulcan plot to kill Dio by spreading a rumor that they know Luna's whereabouts; this succeeds in attracting Dio and Leda's attention. Mars and Vulcan battle as a tag-team, with Vulcan using his brawn and giant scythe arm to pummel his opponents. In their first battle with Dio, Mars and Vulcan win but Mars spares Dio's life at Leda's request. Leda leads Vulcan and Mars to Dio's castle, only to have Dio waiting there to properly handle them. Mars is destroyed by Dio, but Vulcan is not, because Dio knows Vulcan is powerless without Mars by his side. Defeated, Vulcan reveals Luna's whereabouts. Right after, Braiking Boss appears and Vulcan confronts him about his abandoning the robots. Braiking Boss does not answer, but instead encourages Vulcan to fight him if he's angry. Vulcan hesitates, but then raises his blade to Braiking Boss. He is instantaneously killed.
